You're misunderstanding the Suna/Sand village using the Akatasuki to destroy the Leaf village thing: the Tsuchikage wasn't referencing Pain's assault, but rather Orochimaru's attack alongside the Sand village back in part 1, where Orochimaru killed both the third Hokage and Gaara's father (to impersonate him)
About Suna using Akatsuki for Konoha's destruction, it's actually a misunderstanding. Raikage refers to Orochimaru who was an Akatsuki member once but already left them at that point and operated independently. By the way, they just mention the evens of S1 when Suna and Sound (ruled by Orochimaru) attacked Konoha during the Chunin Exam. And yes, the attack resulted in deaths of both Hokage (Hiruzen) and Kazekage (Gaara's dad) although the latter was supposed to be Orochimaru's ally and got betrayed by him.

Not only that but they are like contact lenses.
Anyone can wear any design he/she wants anytime.
But for non-Uchiha users, they cannot turn it off so it always puts a strain on their chakra supply and must cover it up. That's why Danzo has the other modification (which I won't say to avoid spoiling).
Danzo has the Sharingan. Nobody knows that, so they aren't prepared for it. Makes placing folks under Genjutsu super easy.
Raikage had no means he used to kidnap other ninja from other nation to gather kekkai genkai.

I always thought it would have been cooler for the raikage to say, "we will kill sasuke, and then the leaf will pay us for it"... cuz sasuke has a bounty on his head.

The cloud village (raikages village) tried to kidnap hinata which resulted in neji's father's death. Now that their turn came they want to kill sasuke. Hypocrites. Raikage's going on about strong trampling the weak. Really need to see madara trampling on raikage.

I like how they executed the cycle of hatred throughout the whole pain arc, but now it's just become cringe.
I like how well Kishimoto did with the Kage in Naruto. The only one I dislike is Danzo's b@&$# ass. Making me feel sorry for Sasuke's emo butt.
The Mizukage is probably my favorite non-leaf. Her and Ao play off each other really well (comedically as such)
