Today for #WolfeRidgeWednesday we take you on a tour of the Wolfe Ridge 28 SHO Super High Output log splitter.
The 28 SHO comes standard with:
Honda GX630 20HP v-twin gas engine with electric start
12 volt electric start with battery
28GPM hydraulic pump
Aluminum welded hydraulic tank
Aluminum sorting table
28 ton splitting force
Prince auto cycle valve
24 inch stroke
5.5 second cycle time
Hydraulic log lift
Hydraulic wedge height adjustment
Removable 4 way wedge AND 6 way wedge standard
Suspended road axle with highway tires
HD welded fenders
2 inch hitch ball coupler with swing away draw bar

- LED flood lights with light tower

I can say this splitter tows FANTASTIC at 80mph. I took mine across the state last year for an event, and it's going back in a few months. Currently have 270 hours on mine..

Does it have or need tail lights to tow down the road? I guess I didn’t see any on this machine.

Most states are exempt from licensing or tail lights. This one went to a dealer in Oregon, and we can send a kit to install lights with no drilling if needed.
