I was due to race on Windermere last year but they cancelled it due to logistics. My plan was to go up early and spend some time on the water.
Any islands and lakes down south? Must be loads.
@@BOTG_Adventures a few but there is a big assed coastline. 🤣🤣
I've stepped away from racing for this year as I just want to go back to paddling for fun rather than putting my body through hell in hideous weather.
And I do go to Dartmoor quite a bit to get relaxed wild camps, on foot obviously 🤣🤣🤣

New sub here 👋..That island looks truly fabulous!! I'd love a little paddle board or a inflatable canoe,but (always a but 😂) I have horrendous back issues & joints ..but hey I'd still love to find a way to float to that island 😊..

I think the reason your other video did well was because you had ‘vanlife’ as the first word in the title :-) every video you put vanlife first, seem to get more views? @@BOTG_Adventures don’t close it! I heard in your earlier video you love vanlife. And we wanna see good people do things that make them happy, because that makes us happy. Try putting the word vanlife first in your vanlife videos. And stick with it. Please don’t quit. Trust me, there’s way worse channels out there with more subs. You’ll get there. Try also making shorts, TikTok’s, instagram reels from the footage you already have. I’m sure there’s some AI that can do all the work for you. And keep up the positivity. We’ve got the news propaganda to watch if we wanna feel miserable, we come to CZcams for a break from that. I really hope you keep at it. I love your channel. I’ve taken a month off work to build my own van because of you. I can’t wait get out in it already :-)
