I was tired of the bs I was constantly getting thrown at me, I'm a crap rider, I steal gpx off other riders and strava. Lies spread about me in some communities. And people didn't watch them any more couldn't even get 600 views with a sub of 5k. So channels dead. I make videos I enjoy now. I am doing a mtb ride this month. Might record it. Thanks.

Touch wood since removing the adblue system it's been running fine. Done 3k miles no issues. I'm now at 149, 000 miles, so b4 160 I'll get waterpump and timing belt done.

@@BOTG_Adventures so I picked mine up in September on a Friday started up the Monday morning to go to work and I had the blue issue where it said it couldn’t be driven after 1500 miles. At the time it done 31,000 miles and still under manufacturers warranty. Citroen booked it in for repair very quickly and the repairs were due to take place one month later! Anyway it was the ad blue injector which was 40 I believe it was stuck open. Then had trouble free driving for about three months and then a load of forts came on. It’s an automatic and was revving really high throughout the gear range, even when switching to manual still couldn’t get it to change gear and keep the revs down. Cruise control/speed limit wasn’t working, lots of breaking faults too.. i’ve booked into Citroen via their app for service and diagnostic repair. Attended the garage on the day given and they had no knowledge of my booking even though I had confirmation via email. They did on the booking and took it in, although they said they were a charge for each full if it wasn’t down to warranty.! Found the fault and it was with a speed sensor on one of the wheels, but they had to order it in. They said they would call me when the part was in, although they didn’t I had to phone them and they said yes it came in this morning. So I booked it in for repair for the Friday of the same week. I called the garage on Thursday afternoon to see if it was okay to come down and leave the van there for the appointment for the following day to be told I had no booking! Long story short they didn’t have an engineer for the following day anyway as they were off until the following Tuesday. and finally about a month ago, fun limp mode and I had to be recovered to Citroen in Blackburn. Apparently the DPF felt was full and there was a leak between the oil sump and fuel pump which they put down to degraded oil, makes you wonder what they do on the Service as it was only a couple of months prior that I had a full service! Anyway, I cannot fault Citroen Blackburn they were brilliant with me and even managed to get most of the bill paid for under warranty as it has just gone out of warranty. And there was really quick at turning the whole fall around and restore a little faith back in the main dealer. I just wish I wasn’t over an hour away from the Blackburn garage! I keep saying to myself the next time I get a fault with this vehicle, I’m chopping it in for a brand spanker, probably end up going back to Ford 🤦‍♂️

Iv been wearing the 2.0 Xplorer shoes for commitng and I have been hiking in them twice for 6 miles Plus I love me. The version 1 are much thinner and I found I got a lot of heal pain, it takes time to get used these type of shoes, wear them for 45 mins, then back to normal shoes and eventually you will like them. Wearing in town can be painful or hard concreate but in the woods and hills your feet are in different positions so it eases things. I wont go back to full on heavy boots unless I am in rocky mountain areas.

I hear you but the bag really is pointless. you either wear them, or throw them in the van.

Heard mixed reviews about them, I guess they are all pretty similar.

@@BOTG_Adventures They are both minimal but not similar. Vtrail 2.0 are all i will ever run in as long as they still make them.

I guess so, your feet might ach with standing on the pedals all the time, i think proper mtb shoes would be better as rocks and stones hitting your foot would be the issue.

Mountain Treking Breakfast?

I went hiking in them and barring the odd super sharp rock which is uncomfortable not pain I like me, makes your ankles stronger and reduces foot ache and sprained ankles.

i always fond it hard to get each toe into the spaces, these i might try.
