Really great and informative video. I am gluten intolerant and also vegan and struggle to find places to eat that cater for both. We usually do book self catering, but it's nice to have the choice to eat out to get an authentic experience. I will definitely research your recommendations as we hoping to visit Seville later this year. 😊
