Great to see coverage of the Midwest, thanks for all the great research and effort you put into these videos!
It's sooo awsome to see something about the Cleveland mafia, many don't know how much of a powerful family they were outside of New York and Chicago .
They were a force to be reckoned with in labor activities!
@@antoinesilva1527 Cleveland had more than labor racketeering. They were also huge in gambling, as well. But what made it different was that early members and associates were involved in legitimate business and had operations in both Las Vegas and Miami, which were considered open cities by American Cosa Nostra
@@antoinesilva1527labor, gambling and construction
AND how much of a power house the CITY of Cleveland was. I try to explain to people that Cleveland was a huge part of the country at one point.
Kick ass video. Can't wait for part two and the war between Jack white and Danny Green
I've been binging on your videos. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this. The quality is insane.
By far your best work yet ! Congrats and keep them coming !
Will do!
Detroit Partnership (Tocco, GiaCalone, Zerilli) next please 😢
Some real deep cuts of the 216 in this video. Great job!
Another great video, keen to watch part 2. Keep it up mane
i also enjoy the italian music and film that you used, it paints the picture of the era and scene well
Yes My Home Town... Great Vid.😊
thank you so much for making this video, with my family history its interesting to hear i didnt actually know most of this
Well Put Together Spiel.....Very Interesting 🤔💯 To Say The Very Least....Excellent Break-Down Of Cleveland Since The Very Beginning....Of The Lonardos,Porellos And Black Sam Todaro💯💯💯💯
Very interesting I'll be watching more good content good research well done
Thanks mate another great outlook on mob life
Yes can’t another great one!!!
Fire Video‼️✊🏾
There is no Hue neighborhood. Hough is pronounced as “Huff”
Also, neither the Lonardos or the Porrellos were a part of the Mayfield Road Mob. The Lonardos started out in the Lower Woodland section of the Central neighborhood. The Porrellos had their operations on the corner of Woodland Avenue and E. 110th Street.
I believe the Mayfield Road Mob consisted of the Milanos and Al Polizzi, right? Who was its founder though?
@@antoinesilva1527 The Mayfield Road Mob started around 1913 and the Milano Brothers (Anthony and Frank) rose to prominence not too long after arriving in Cleveland. The Lonardos never had a foothold Mayfield because their operations were centered around Lower Woodland, near East 22nd. Once the Porrellos got their money together they opened a barbershop and corn sugar warehouse on the corner of Woodland and 110th Street.
The key to the fall of the both the Porrellos and Lonardos was Salvatore (Black Sam) Todaro, whose real name was Agosto Arcangelo. Him feeling under appreciated by Lonardo led him to offer his services to the Porrellos to undercut Joe Lonardo.
@janconner2087 you may be right but there is no 22nd and Woodland in Cleveland that's Central/Cedar.
@@thefamily5357 22nd and Woodland is now under present day I-77.
But if you knew Cleveland history, you would know that the Cedar/Central neighborhood extended south to the Broadway/Orange corridor that went all the way down to E.9th Street
Correct "the bloody corner"!!!
This channel is amazing ive seen every video now and i suggest that you do one of these on the Pittsburgh family
It’s insane to think I found this channel by watching old dept stores go out of business and then he transitions into organized crime which is my favorite genre ! This kids amazing and I think he’s in college 🤣🤣.
Thanks for the kind words 🔥
@@TheNSTLKIAChannel of course dude you're probably my favorite CZcamsr right now
Heck yeah the Cleveland family! This family is so interesting
It's insane how much they did in such a short time too
@@TheNSTLKIAChannel Kansas City Family soon plz!
Thank you
Great content. If you could just work on editing the volume leveling it would help. The video editing is fine. Good job.
13:24 that mug of Dominick looks like a modern day pic and they made into a 1900s pic
It's a legitimate image of the actual guy, probably upscaled with time though
600th like! From Cleveland!
Yo wats that track at start my g
I love this brother
in early 1900's Cleveland was truly a great city , and now just average midsize city

I have 4 beings I really look up and in at #3 was Danny Greene
I love the stories...the content is great. However, your audio is jarring. Every time you play music it's blasting, as compared to the narration. Constructive criticism. Overall, I like it though.
La mob next
❤.
💙
They thought it might have been lenanardos wife that actually killed black sam
Todaro had the most smug grin on his face. I wouldn't brag about offing my boss. That was stupid on his part.
Some people don't want a boss.
@@alansteidl2540Most ppl lol. Think about how unlikeable most regular bosses are. Now multiply that by 10 and imagine how treacherous and manipulative you have to be to rise to the position of mob boss.
Hough is pronounced “huff”
No honor between the maffia.
Hough is not pronounced "Hue" it's pronounced "Huff"
Pronounced huff, not hugh

Somebody needs to take this 3 part series of yours, amd use it as a guide to make a Scorsese type film about the Cleveland faction of the mob as well as the Pittsburgh crews operating in Youngstown. I'm from Ohio and it's amazing how many ohioans are clueless to the mob activities in the state over the last century and I'd LOVE a detailed, accurate depiction of the family. Bravo!
lol its Hough. Not pronounced "hew" but pronouced "huff".
Greene was not Irish.
Please tell me your joking
Mike Frato wasn’t a gangster
Good video, thanks. My question is why are you playing Rap music at the beginning? No Mafia worth his gun would ever listen to that garbage!
It fits the mood of the series that's why I use rap
It's your channel so I respect your point of view. Good luck!@@TheNSTLKIAChannel
Joey Merlino Does, I’m going to refrain from name calling because CZcams is to PC and Likes To Ban Comments
Merlino belongs to a new school of Mafioso, but name me more.... Name calling? Who is calling names? Only morons do that!@@husseinbato996
For the last fuckin’ time Mc Can’t be real GANGSTERS
What the hell are you yapping about? You sound like a real tough guy on the internet
