This just sold for only 10,000,000 in Tarpon Springs FL unfurnished. December 2019. Cool ideas in the home if I bought would be glad unfurnished so the colors could be freshened up with some lighter furniture. Love the Cigar, poker, games room, and pool area.

Most of theses types of homes are monuments to in excess, but this places works for me , but I couldn't tell you why.
I think part of the reason is that the rooms appear to be built for humans while many of the mansions shown in these videos have rooms that are too large to feel comfortable.
