The final conclusion of petticoats and hoop skirts!
While I didn't plan to do a part 3 there were a few things I didn't add in part one or two that I regret not doing such as have side by side pic comparisons, so part three should cover that, i've also shown a few examples of different dresses to give an idea on how a hoop skirt looks like with different dresses :) If you do have more questions about petticoats vs hoop skirts pop them in the comments and I'll try my best to answer them.
