kyonosuke's ender was wild
his whole part was put together brilliantly
should've been last part
Fucking unreal
Best part
Best trick selection and creative spots
Primitive now is what Girl was to my generation in the early 2000s. Great editing, great directing, great image quality! A good skate video makes you feel things, inspired, happy, amazed, etc. This vid did that for me! As a Primitive vid usually does lol
💯
Was thinking the same thing!! 👌
Prod was on Girl so that may explain some of his likenesses to their style.
Even got the new generation Mike mo
Yes dude👊
That kf front blunt Hollywood couldn’t have been any better. Like he caught it, then placed it perfectly without hitting his wheels or trucks on the rail. True perfection 👌
They should've put felipe's part last
Agree, rewinded 20 times. Pure class
@@rodrigoorozco9263ngl felipes part got me hyped to watch the whole vid tho. I think he could have had last but Felipe set the tone
Wow this whole video was non stop hammers
honestly jaw dropping... this kid is going places, that shit was as textbook as it gets
This video has single-handedly restored my faith in the next generation of skateboarders.
I agree. I'm 35, been skating since 10 and I was starting to lose hope.
@@jordanrudichuk9391 same here except I’m 33, I think. These dudes are super talented AND they’re having fun. You can see it in their skating and on their faces.
I do agree, hope not all skaters are converting on some supreme shit 👊🏼👊🏼😝
Bruh , flatlined and blunted , out cold
@@jordanrudichuk9391 wtf how? there are so many gnarly skaters compared to these 3 that will carry the next generation of skateboarding on their backs... stupid as fuck comment ngl
I'm pretty sure after this video Primitive will need to print Pro boards with some new names on it 🔥
dylan and filipe are ready
Bro Fr this video is gnarly . And I only just seen Motas kickflip front blunt HW16 that was f**ked
@@quackapatth Don't leave out Kyonosuke man bro was beast as well.
tru you right fosho, id love to see all 3 gets boards at the same time@@michaelmelendrez5039

Kyonosuke's part is an instant classic. Dude was born to skate
guy is so crazy man, that switch ollie north after the land although its nothing crazy the fact he does it automatically is just... chefs kiss
Dude is a reincarnated samurai
i am r êerr
Nah fr tho asians are genetically built for ts gotta be the samurai innim
Dylan’s dad made my whole day with his intro.
What a good father
kyonosuke's part was a masterpiece
that hardflip wow
Fakie flipping Wallenberg would be the scariest trick ever to roll up to. Immense balls man
Thank You for confirming! I was pretty sure Jaeb was regular. Epic part.❤❤❤
That mfer is looooonnggg
@@eneyeseekayit’s fakie my boy
@@sadboiindigogaming124 I don't think you understood his comment. The guy was thanking the OP for confirming Jaeb is regular by saying it was fakie. So many switch tricks in this part had me thinking he was goofy.
I swear he has no stance
To think this is just a “AM” video. The level of skating is insane. Amazing video🔥 📈
by far the best am team in the biz but yeah it is insane nonetheless
Theres no difference, just if they have been given their pro status yet.. many washed up pro skaters
I was thinking the same they are wrong!!!!!
CRAZZYYYY
Honestly Ams typically go harder than pros. They’re trying to become pro so there’s more motivation to go hard. Just my opinion.
This skating is insane, and so is the filming and editing. But what I love the most about this is how much fun everyone is clearly having. This is a dope crew.
Filipe - Technicality
Kyonusuke - Speed and Trick Selections
Jaeb - Style and Grace on Board
This Video is Mindblowing. Cinematography really showed the Passion and Love for Skateboarding.
Jaeb was born to skate. That style is unlike anything.
He skates like Mike Mo but, with a little upgrade as we are living different progression now
@@Plastic35789 we live in a world of recency bias. Jaeb is the overall better talent. But don’t get it confused. Mike Mo is the better style hands down.
I am still undecided whether Jaeb is regular or goofy. 🫤
Are you joking? Jaeb has a heavy switch looking backwards accent way more than the other two. So easy to tell his stance lol@@eneyeseekay
@@joshuadansby2874ooooooooooh brother
Respect for all of them, but Kyonosuke killed that! He is mix of hardcore, creativity and style. 16:03 is a trick of the year for me.

F'kin Kickflip Front Blunt down the Hollywood 16 is GOATED. Filipe is the new gen Luan Olivera with those crispy flips. Love that kid. Nice catch Primitive!!
Goated him that shot aye 🎉😂 the future for the 17 yr old legend will be huge
You guys should make all the primitive videos in to dvds. Do one run and make them as a preorders win win.
Primitive videos make me FEEL something. They’re not just skate videos, they are a visual representation of the emotional side of skateboarding. You feel like you’re winning alongside these guys, like their triumph is your triumph. Honestly, I feel the love these guys have for skateboarding and for each other. That’s what skateboarding is all about. 🏆
Exactly! There is no videos like this nowadays..
smh @@delysidcolor
I commented the same thing bro!! A good video will do that. It’ll make you wanna skate, and just appreciate the beauty that is skateboarding 🤝🏾
🙈
Exactly my thoughts. They usually don’t make videos like this anymore.
Makes sense that the opener and ender was Fillipe and Dylan respectively, concidering the mind-boggling enders on iconic spots; however Kyonosuke's part was a legit masterpiece I think. The style, the quick-feet lines mixed in with bangers, and all around good trick selection (not to mention the music and edit) made me feel something I haven't felt in a while when it comes to skateboarding. Great job to everybody involved! 👏
Fillipe is hype for no reason . Skates slow too
fr it was a masterpiece
Kyonosuke should’ve had the last part imo
agreed, I digged all of the parts but Kyonsuke took it to another level with his amount of creativity he has.
Thank you Paul Rodriguez for everything you do and everything you have done and your contribution to skateboarding and design and the culture as a whole. You are truly a legendary human and a gift to humanity. ❤️🔥♾️🍀
Facts ❤
Filipe's skating is so uniform and structured, he has some of the best tech on ledges and rails. Dylan has flowy style, like it's apart of who he is and it's best displayed down a gap. But man, Kyo, he can adapt to anything. His creativity is so insane I really believe he could skate anything, anywhere. Also his style is such a great blend of his own and Louie Lopez's (his favorite skater). Can't wait to see this trio go pro.
Anyone else notice last few months skate videos are coming back to their glory??! WHAT A VIDEO!!!!
skating making a comeback
This video has 2 major claims at landmark spots, impressive. Can’t get over that it’s an AM video, we all know these guys have been PRO level for years. Impressive is an understatement.

nicely done
This feels the way transworld videos made you feel with a sprinkle of alien workshop. The editing is superb-lots of love was poured into this.
Skateboarding has been missing this for quite some time. There’s something special about this video. It feels complete and whole; it shows not just skateboarding but why we skateboard.
This best explains how i feel about this video
K Y O N O S U KE ! Dude stole the show with his flow and creativity. Fun part to watch! Great editing and filming.
Kyonosuke Yamashita is such a pleasure to watch. Amazing style, trick selection, and infectious smile. Board this man up Primitive, I'll buy it.
the tricks he does…ridihe’s better than most pros right?
The Filipe’s part just like a movie🫡
Not only do these dudes straight kill it - they looked like a bunch of kids having FUN! Makes me want to skate RIGHT NOW!
Kyonosuke…. WOWWW!! Perfect music selection with his style, might be my new fav skater 😮💨🤙🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I really love Kyonosuke's part, the skating, the style, the choice of tricks, the originality, the spots, everything was perfect.
Three heavy hitters with three very different styles. Kyonosuke probably had my favorite part, but that was mostly due to trick selection and style. All killer, no filler. Wishing these three dudes beautiful, prosperous careers.
Have you even seen something so beautiful it makes you cry and feel like everything is going to be okay ❤ I thought I was watching a video from the early 2000's, such a great video 📹
Kyonosuke Yamashita, a legend in the making. Looking forward to his pro board and more classic parts.🔥🇯🇵
Dylan popped so early that fakie flip is insane 🤯
looked like a skatepark trick
He barely cleared it on the make. On that one slam where he broke his board he cleared it by 3 feet. It's hit or miss on a trick that has technical/gnarly!
going that speed in fakie mode is a jackass skit in its own..
"hey this is Dylan and im going fakie at Walenburg!" 🎶bahown now nahh nahhow 🎶
you have to. the ground dips down after that point; making it a downhill take-off. Not ideal. Chris Cole talks about it when he did the 360 flip. he ended up popping it off of the downhill part and still made it
One of the best videos of all time. Instant classic
Felipe’s style is impeccable
The enders showcase the different styles of these guys. This was amazing. Great team. Out of these 3 Filipe is my favorite but for this part I have to give it to Kyonosuke, the level of creativity on that one was out of the charts.
Kyonosuke lines and combos are amazing! So much creativity and style!
La parte de Dylan Jaeb me devolvió las ganas de patinar 🤝
bro Kyonosuke just makes it all look so easy and seemless.
Put these boys names on boards immediately!
They are HUNGRY! 🔥🔥🔥
Three young kings. The best of the best
Man, Jaeb has an immaculate style!
All i can say is wow! I am skating for 27 years now and have watched many videos in this time. The primitive videos always made me feel when i watched és menikmati, flip sorry or fully flared as a teen. The editing, song choices and filming combined with these 3 incredibly talented rippers are top notch! HATS OFF! Sooo damn good!
Wow. Felipe Mota really grew a ton!
I remember watching him when he was small on Luis Mora's channel. Out of nowhere he had a growth spurt and shot up to like 6 feet tall.
Now this is a skate vid. Perfect everything with pants that aren’t broken and no pointless slo mo editing
no charlie munro?
Filipe skating to Key Glock was hard af
Damn near video of the year and it's February
Love Kyonosuke spot and trick selection ❤
Skating so crazy, ams are just as good as pros and have been for so long now
better (in some cases)
10 long years... this video motivated me to get back on the board. Ordered a new deck and shoes
Kyo style and skating is so enjoyable to watch he is like an old soul when it comes to skating his style and trick selection is so mature for a young ripper!
Dylan style is perfection
Except for that bs flip to back tail manny WHAT IS HE DOING including that?!
@@edwardowen7187I was wondering the same….did he touch on that? Looks like it but I could be wrong
@@dieselwrench1442 I think he came close to touching but didn't put the wheel down, and if he did it was only for a split second anyway. It's hard to tell from that angle with the shadows, we'd have to see a second angle to be sure
yeah he touched @@dieselwrench1442 - his style is till tops, buts that's a bit of an embarrassing fail on that trick!
@@edwardowen7187 @dieselwrench1442 yes this was pretty weird, you can hear it touch, too, a very strange move for people who pay so much attention to detail and perfection, absolutely monstrous part and video tho of course
Filipe such a GOD on ledges/rails 🔥🔥🔥🔥not a single thing AM about any of these guys
All you guys are amazing!! 🔥🔥
Filipe is another level!
Congratulations lads!
Dylan Jaeb is our new Mike Mo
Ah yes. I love this kind of video. The "I'm gonna watch this multiple times a week for months" kind of video. Amazing. This level of skateboarding is just absurd. Congratulations to everyone involved in this !
All 3 killed it and need to be pro. Also that Filipe ender was tough AF!! Seeshhh 🔥🔥
Primitive pretty much the only brand where I watch the whole video
I got goosebumps all the way from the beginning to the end, these 3 are the real future of skateboarding, all enders were insane! Filipe’s technicality, Kyo’s different way of skating and looking at spots, and Dylan’s artistic style on the board are a conbination of trully a masterpiece. Hands Down!
Can these three young super stars live up to the hype? Yes they did. All three enders were crazy. But yeah that fakie flip… there is absolutely no question that Dylan’s fakie flip was the biggest fakie flip ever done in skateboarding history. None even come close.
fakie kickflips have been done on mega ramps... 🙄
Fakie flip in album was around the same size. As well as that, hollywood 16 has been done and is probably a similar difficulty too.
@@SyqOGbeen to both spots, Wallenberg is way gnarlier. The run up is harder, it’s longer, and it has cracks to dodge. To ou have to pop before the edge. Both are gnarly spots, but there’s a reason you rarely see Wallenberg footage and everyone talks about it when they do. Hollywood 16 is hit constantly.
@@limitlessbydesign Yeah I think hauling ass Fakie up to Wallenberg would be the sketchiest thing ever. Much more so than Hollywood High
@@bretk5365 I am not sure people get how much fakie flips suck (down stuff). I was able to flip 8 stairs, nollie flip 4-5, and barely fakie flipped a curb.
11:33 Smoothest bigspin transfer I've ever seen. Damn
What a masterpiece of video. This is not only a sport, is an expression of art and is beautiful
In an era where skate video quality is at an all time low, Primitive videos are always done right 🙏🏼
Lol. If you think skate video quality is at an "all-time low," then you don't watch skate videos. I've been religiously following skateboarding since 1994, and there are a shitload of good videos coming out on a regular basis. What I'm guessing you mean is Primitive uses that glossy, HD style, which is what you prefer.
@@-regular-james- I watch skate videos all the time. The older ones are the best ones. These days kids pick up cameras and call themselves filmmakers. Takes a lot more than a camera…it’s not about what you have it’s how you use it.
@@BrushyZeusYou’re just an old head who prefers “the way things were.” I’m an even older head who actually watches and enjoys what’s coming out, because a lot of it is very, very good.
And when you say “the old ones are the best ones,” what’s considered old? 2010? Late 90s-2000? 1990? What? Because to pretend like today’s skateboarding isn’t pushing the limits on both the creative and gnar-gnar fronts is a bit of a silly position to take, if you’re actually watching everything that’s coming out.
There are still tons of great videos, and skate filmers. It’s just not your style. Which is fine.
@@-regular-james- I’m 25, so not an old head. I just can tell what looks good and what doesn’t. Older videos from 05-12 I’d say…which were VX most of the time up until HD was really introduced in 11-12. There are sooo many good videos out there, but the content being produced today seems like more quantity over quality. Primitive has always held quality over quantity since they started their board company in 2014. They keep it real.
@@BrushyZeus They keep it real? Is that why they collab with anyone who will pay? One day it’s Dragon Ball Z, the next it’s Guns N’ Roses, then it’s Bob Marley, then it’s Rick and Morty, then it’s Nixon. . .
The videos look good because they pay a lot to make them. But this idea that they “keep it real” is a joke. Primitive is, like, the least real company. Their team is really great, and I love watching their videos, don’t misunderstand. . . but P-Rod is like Mikey Taylor-just a bizznezz man. He wants to make as much money as possible. Is that what’s “real” to you?
And yeah, broader access to cameras means more shit is coming out. Plus there are way more skaters now. But saying there’s not good videos because too many people have cameras is like saying there’s no good music because too many people have access to music gear-there are more skate videos, and more people putting out music, but that doesn’t mean there’s not tons of great shit in both mediums. And the VX has been trendy again for a minute, so. . . My guess is you don’t really follow skateboarding that closely. You still watch stuff, but you’ve decided the new stuff sucks, so you just kinda look at it all through that lens.
That wallenberg was unexpected 💣💣💣
it was printed in thrasher a few months ago, spoiled enders never feel the same haha
WHAT TIME WAS IT ON THE VIDEO???
21:52
These 3 dudes should easily be pro by now. I dont think Primitive is ready to supply the amount of boards Kyonosuke will sell alone
The action that skateboarding implies has involved some great athletes, cinematographers, artists, engineers and many others. Great personalities.
Kyonosukes part gave me nostalgic vibes. Like I was watching fully flared for the first time
I gotta whole lot more respect for Mota now after his part 🔥
Dude, the level keeps on going up so fast in skateboarding!!! 20 years ago, these tricks ,made so well , would have made the best pros dream. Amazing crew of future legends
Filipe’s part flowed so good! Loved it all✌🏻
Nowadays Primitive makes the best skate videos 🔥
Best filming & editing! & of course the highest level of skating too
April just as good i'd say
felipe mota !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Filipe Mota’s song is 🔥
Jaeb always looking like he just sipped some hot soup after landing.
Amazing Parts.
Kyonsuke is a prodigy. Loved watching him grow up to be a beast
How is Filipe still AM? Dude just kickflip frontblunt hollywood 16. Thats some pro level shit.
Kyonosuke's last trick is really insane because of the speed he gets and the short amount of time he has before throwing the kickflip. You can see on his face the level of commitment it requires... That's the only time on the part that he trades that juvenile and fresh facial expression for the look of a mma fighter !
The music in video is amazing.
I SWEAR, Dylan Jaeb is a future legend in skateboarding. A rare one! All three parts were insane and goung to be big namnet in skateboarding! Amazing video+
Filipe skating to dirt gave me chills
Kyonosuke had the best part, he actually skates with a unique style and trick selection. Really refreshing. More of this!
The level of skating is just insane now, but seems like there are less "personalities" now. Back in the day Ed Templeton, Kirchart, Muska, Dill, Rowley, Stevie, Kalis, etc. skaters all had more visible styles and personalities. Skate vids like Mouse or The End had skits and concepts. Skating felt more like personal expression and a unique reflection of each skater.
Now even though the production values and level of skating are higher than any point in history, outside of a few like Frankie Villani, Suciu or Tiago and a handful of others things feel way more homogenized. So many amazing skaters like Miles Silvas, Brian Peacock, Diego Najera, Spencer Hamilton, list goes on...but they all feel interchangeable to some degree.
I suppose it's just an inevitable transition where skating leans more towards a standardized sport with things like SLS and the Olympics and less a form of art or expression, but I'd still like to see some more uniqueness come back into skating.
I can't even process what I'm watching... HOW IS THIS AM SKATERS!? 😱
.... yeah filipe mota should be pro for sure. hes constantly making it in street league
Lovely!
F M’s part is perfectly filmed and editing is 100%. Insane tricks and his style grew better fast.
Most pro looking ams.

9:18 Tiago é muito absurdo pqp, voou na cara dos homin 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🥇👌🏾
He’s my top 2, him and Joslin
Filipe Mota's Kickflip FS Blunt is the hardest trick ever down Hollywood 16? (Maybe tied to Domo's Kickflip Nosegrind?)
I think you could argue a lot of tricks as being harder, especially depending on how much you value switch and nollie tricks. I think switch bs smith or switch bs lip sound just as hard or harder even without a flip in. Or Foy's fakie 5-0. Still absolutely fucked to do a kickflip front blunt down that
@@173jaSon371 Yeah, thanks for sharing, I would definitely put the Fakie Five-0 up there hehe 🔥

For sure the hardest. Not the most scary or fucked because the fakie five 0 is but that's a step up, 100%.
