- Clearing the oil and filter maintenance warnings in the q50 today. Some of these screens don’t make any sense-here’s how to do it quickly!

My infiniti q50 may have something wrong.. Under my settings and meter selection, there is no maintenance button..

thank you so much man! I have been dealing with the maintenance oil and filter light coming on ever since i got the car, even after a fresh oil change. Finally this annoying alert dosnt come on every single time i get in my car and start it up!

Haha... I was just going to ask you about this in Instagram. I thought I set it correctly, but it's still displaying all kinds of alerts. Now I can finally turn them off. And yeah it is annoying that it tells you that it's cold outside. Thanks for the video. I thought there was something wrong with it.

Funny! I don’t have sensors in my wheels so it’s the one light I have. I average about 22mpg but had just recently reset my gauge-goes down quick through town!
Hey what’s sup. I have a issue just bought a q50s after about 300 miles the car just went into limp mode and the dash lit up tracking engine light front braking sensor code just read cams sensor. Dealer changed it drove about another 7 miles and ran into the same problem. Dealer also told me turbos was changed last year at another dealer and now car sounds weird. And suggesting
Very helpful as I was only doing the app garage reset and it wasn't changing the center screen. I now reset the center as you show but how do you change the number of miles/Km as 9 thousand and something is wrong.

Yes it’s very common. The float can get stuck. Run all of the washer fluid out and then fill it back up with quality washer fluid.

Did you put sensors in your new wheels? If not, you can’t. If you did, the dealer will have to program them.

Might want to get it checked. If you have a scanner you might be able to clear codes. Or try disconnecting negative battery terminal for a few minutes. If it’s truly and issue, it’s not going to go away.

If you got new sensors, you need them reset at the dealer. If you just replaced a flat tire, you may just need to give it some time. If not...dealer.

Little bottom on the right of the steering wheel. Press and hold until it clears.

Love this feature, one of the first things I did in my car. Cold weather alert is annoying as F&#*. Turned off as well.
Can definitely be handy if you know where to look!
Mine says “Maintenance Other”
I had that at one point too, can’t remember exactly what it was, but that is fixed through those same screens.
Maintenance other warning light !? I wonder what that can be ? Anybody!?
Hit “other” under maintenance. It includes things like wipers, clean filter, inspection etc. so whatever schedule you have set under that category will pop that warning.
