Quite a few brands in the market now. These are downwind foiling SUP boards mainly for riding swells. The hand wing is just substitute for swells. Should be fun for low wind inland lakes.

When you don't get many windy days, you're happy to ride in light wind rather than sitting at the beach. At least that's how we feel :)

It is not the issue. When you are faced with light wind conditions mist of the time, it is a good way of achieving speed
