    I changed the craving to alcohol, the tappers seem to avoid this subject. Anyway, when I first tapped to this a used the words to alcohol I went three weeks without the craving, so I know I have to keep it up. I really felt grate those three weeks, anyway, thanks for the words, they worked for me.

      Good to know! Maybe even they have a judgment about alcohol and don't think of it like other cravings and addictions - which it totally is.

      I feel that way, except in my case it's w prescription drugs rather than alcohol...Not many videos on that either, so I just replace the words 🙂

    I have been following your book tapping for weightloss and body confidence and have lost 3kg in the last 5 weeks. I have heart failure so can't exercise so this is a really amazing achievement. Tapping has helped me so much in my life.

    I had been eating 4 or 5 packets of crisps (chips) a day, and after doing the tapping yesterday, I never had one, as I never even thought about it all day. I know they are in the cupboard, but I don't need them. Which is brilliant. I feel really good that you have helped me with this craving. Thanks very much.

    This isn't my first video with Jessica, today, my first experience with tapping was with Jessica and the "How to Tap with Jessica Ortner" and I can't believe the difference!! I give utmost truthful testimony that the tapping unblocked something inside me. My circulation and posture immediately improved. I felt blood circulating in my upper body, my legs from knees down started warming like I had worked out!!! This is some real "points" of health!! Thank you Jessica! You are so calming as well. I am in my 50's, it's like a sweet daughter is trying to help me. :) I'm trying to break bad habit of snacking (too many calories for my activity level). I have long distant relationship and I comfort eat chips, crackers etc.. when I get lonely. I'm looking forward to a change, I'm going to start tapping.

    Namaste Jessica! This is great :) I watched this tapping video late night since wasn't feeling sleepy much and felt this impulse to gorge on some random munchies. I noticed a part of wasn't really wanting but another part of me was like "No, I want to!" like a little kid. I could listen to that voice and process all all of it with just these few minutes of tapping. My random craving went down from 6 to 4 and then 4 to 2 ! Felt so much at ease. Thank you :)

    Hey Jessica.... I remember that first summit April 26th a Sunday I think, glued to my computer for hours with some great healers, wow.... what a great week that was a decade ago. You have come so far and since I am so much older than you, I have a sence of feeling proud of you and your brother, It's the mother in me. As a holistic practioner I turn every client on to your work. BTW.... this dialog is helping my friend kick drugs!!!

    Wow. This is amazing. My craving is cheese. When I was tapping it came up that I used it as a form of loving and accepting myself. This is powerful.
    I also used it a few days ago for diet soda. I haven’t felt the need to have one. ❤

    My bestie told me about this channel today and my daughter told me about tapping on Mother's Day and that I should use it. I have a compulsive eating disorder and I go to Overeaters Anonymous meetings once a week, we use the AA 12 steps for our food issues, and I have a sponsor, however I still struggle with trigger foods and Chocolate is the #1 culprit. Thank you, I did feel a difference and more relaxed. I'm excited to see how this will help me.

    I found this most helpful I was aware that my emotions and causes seemed to be connected to lonely ness and perhaps grief as my father has died and my mother is in a care home. I felt better I gave myself a score of 5 after having originally scoring 10. will continue.

    We all have an emotional connection to any addiction. If you can trace back to the first time you did it. What feeling did it create? What story did you make up about smoking. What did it give you.? What did it make you believe about yourself? Did it give you a sense of connection or belonging? Quitting may give you a fear of an emotional death., rejection, or disconnectedness. Dig deep to the beginning and start asking yourself questions.     I actually used this for smoking cravings. It was very useful to see the whole video and you explaining everything. I wonder if you could actually shorten this, sort of like a condensed version when we do have a craving and don’t have that length of time available. Love your voice, so calming. 🦋

    Terrific video! I liked how you even clearly explained how EFT works to give us a better understanding of what we're doing. I felt my food craving dropped from a level 8 to about a 5; although that's not much it made me think more about how I would feel after eating the junk food, which has made me go for houmous and raw vegetables instead. lol!

    I've been doing some tapping for the past two days and it is already helping so much. I also have a lot of anxiety about driving, in fact I've yet to get my DL because I have a phobia of driving by myself/having a wreck... I have regular nightmares about it. I find myself resistant to tapping specifically about it, even though I am confident that it will help immensely.
    Thank you for this video, it really resonated with me.
