It has become a very bad stance in society, even if it’s the most important and safe(!) opioid in a medical setting.
You absolutely need it in every hospital for every bigger surgery and you can safely does it for pain patients in patches.
It’s one of the most prescribed opioids in Europe because of this in other countries that don’t have an opioid crysis because the threshold to overuse it is much bigger when it’s a patch that only releases a certain amount every hour.
I don’t want to into the possibilities of how a person could easily extract it or use it not subdermal like prescribed, but in a different way, but that’s usually not how pain patients up their doses.
It’s not as easy as popping one more pill than usual and it’s very short acting on it’s only and only the patch form makes it very convenient for a lot of people since they just have to slap it onto their leg and „forget“ about it and live their life.
Unfortunately the American public is unbelievably dumb and so are the media companies and the politicians.
They could easily pressure China to stop sending tons of that stuff over, but they love the sweet sweet money that China prints without any repercussions for their own ecosystem.
They have closed markets and all the money they print to buy foreign companies is never coming back into their own economy, so no inflation, only more and more wealth and power all over the world.
This is well known, but managers and politicians all over the world still suckle on their little wanna be red Schmeckels for their own personal gain.
This world is doomed because of fucked up people in powerful positions like them.
Who only care for money, bloody, dirty money from fascist governments that try to destroy what’s left of the dystopia we once called the free western world.

People have been using loperamide for years to combat opioid withdrawal but its dangerous as fuck, you take to many and you can end up being a vegetable for the rest of your life among other diseases, the two shouldn't really even be used in conjunction but lots of people Hear there an opioid and think they work like one but they don't, better off using Kratom or very small dose of benzodiazapine

Carefully done, this does half the work up for you, and means not filtering gunky mess but nice clean powder.

It is a good idea to subject the extracted piperine to several recrystallizations. After all, the whole preparation of piperidine is then easier.

0:23 no piperidine is not like benzene with a nitrogen, that would be pyridine. you get piperidine by hydrogenation of pyridine and it is aliphatic and non aromatic, therefore has vastly different properties.

Please explain the relationship between piperine/black pepper and pyridine, there completely different compounds, I've looked it up but find nothing about piperine being used this way, what in piperine are you trying to isolate? What does it have in common with copper sulfate?

Its documented in a 2016 paper called "The synthesis and characterisation of MDMA derived from a catalytic oxidation of material isolated from black pepper reveals potential route specific impurities"

I dont understand how to make piperidine from piperidine hydrochloride, you just added water ? Wikipedia say that piperidine is a colorless liquid, why are your liquid yellow?
its yellow because of impurities, piperidine HCl is a salt of piperidine and hydrochloric acid. that's because HCl ions bond to the piperidine molecule when there is a bunch of HCl in the solution AKA its acidic if you increase concentration of OH ions, you make it more basic, the reverse of acidic. once its basic, the HCl ions leave the piperidine and piperidine gets "freebased", which means its now bonded to nothing. piperidine HCl is a powder and piperidine freebase is a liquid.
