The main issue is being diverted. This is an issue with RG Kar medical college specifically. Something is very messed up about that college because news about "suicides" or mysterious deaths have been going around since 2000s... that college needs to be shut down and investigated thoroughly.

She is covered with a blue cloth / blanket till her neck.. If a person doesn't look carefully at the face then alongwt the undisturbed room . .. this could easily pass off as suicide .

I don't agree that the law should ONLY be for Doctors! We cant create laws for every profession separately, including home makers or just women sitting at home. I am from Bangladesh. We had high rape crimes like India. We changed the law to full life imprisonment and death penalty for rapists. They never get to know when they die. Rape cases dropped to 6000 per year compared to 500000 per year in India.

Humans think they are better than everyone amongst themselves as well as against others. What a joke. The r*pe was a heinous crime and I cried too, the security necessary must be provided as well but imagine a bill that can allow some egoistical doctor to mistreat your loved ones and humiliate you & on top of that they get shielded by the law, that would just be laughable.

No use blaming each other and play politics. The police should interrogate the fellow interns and the seniors of the victim. The perpetrators are most probably some of them.

Every Saturday Sunday hospitals are not crowded in the evening time they are literally empty ......now a days doctors are getting plenty of time...... especially in govt hospital nowadays tight security is there .....they are not allowing anybody in to hospital
