2023 Tarawera Ultra Marathon Event Highlights

Life in a day - that's what running a trail run is like. From the early morning start line, where the air is crisp and the nerves are real, to the lush bush trails, where the cicadas sing and the trees sway, the lakes glisten and the trails crunch, to the aid stations full of life and colour, flavour and exploding with support, to crossing that finish line - where the emotions overcome you and fill you with joy, achievement and pure happiness (along with some sore legs)...
