Is this a freehold flat do you know? And do the other residents in the block have some sort of association to take care of common services etc?
In this case there's no association, just a small fee for the energy consumption in common areas, but very low!
So is that roof terrace private or shared with the other apartments? Lovely views!

I lived in Germany for three years in a 4th floor walk up. Of course, was much younger and it was not bad. Great city apartment.
Definitely doing the stairs daily keeps you fit! It's an initial annoyance but in the long run it's actually good for your health.

Hi!! No, only thhe owner of the apartment will be able to access the terrace, there's a small gate just before the apartment so no one can access, I forgot to film it!

Wow, that kitchen! I would cut that island in half lengthwise but otherwise it’s perfect. Too many kitchens in Italian properties have sitting rooms. Why would you need an audience for meal prep? How could you sit on the bidet in the first bath? It’s blocked by the sink!
The location and the terrace on the roof make this apartment a keeper. Abruzzo is well known as a great place to live. Thank you for sharing!!!!😊

Nice little place - could be fabulous with a bit of a kitchen upgrade. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment, however. It is on the 3rd floor, which is the 4th floor to those of from the US?

Any recommendations on Italian language schools ? I was thinking studying Italian in difficult areas may give a better feel for a place then just traveling through.. also would give a base to work from, to explore areas around Italy ..
