I almost forgot to comment because I was having so much fun watching you two react to the song. I love this song and have been listening to it since 1975, I just never get tired of it. Those highest notes are from Roger Taylor (Drummer), he can reach those notes effortlessly and beautifully. Thank you for an excellent breakdown and reaction.

The opening section with the beautiful harmony was actually Freddie Mercury harmonizing with himself on multiple tracks. He was working on three songs and had the genius inspiration to combine them into this epic masterpiece.

Queen are the best. They have so many songs and every single one of them are so different. These guys are geniuses and Freddie Mercury, well, untouchable. Great reaction boys, watching your faces as the music was changing and building was great! Discipline was their main priority, this was proven when they appeared at the Live Aid concert, it was professional as they decided to rehearse the week before to make sure their sound and set for the 20 minutes that they were allowed was used wisely. It was to be the performance of their lives. There was no band better than Queen for a live performance.

as they often miss to mention Roger Taylor - the drummer who sings the falsetto - and covers for Freddie if he is in trouble on his high notes. Roger is very much concerned about the melodies - and plays to support the melody - he dislikes drumsolos - it is basically showing off, he says.

Freddie Mercury was the real deal, a musical genius with a fantastic voice. But Brian May is equally astonishing by inventing and building guitar electronics to bring his unique guitar sound to the world. Combine the entire group, and Bohemian Rhapsody is their gift to the world. It's close to a perfect song, an entire rock concert within a 7 minute song.

after his lost love and failed attempts at freedom he faces the death & knows he will burn forever in hell after a life that didn't really matter because it went anywhere the wind blew without direction so now Beelzebub has a devil put aside for him, to torture him for his lack of direction, his possessiveness of people & his lack of control. his family loves him but they leave him to die.

Part of the reasons for the story was very personal about his sexuality, especially after he got AIDS (even though he wrote this before that) and possibly put his pink gun to many heads pulled its trigger and left many dead.
