    So sad when she asked “ how many health care workers = no too many » so very sad. I found this great human being together with his father who is another human being, we thank God and the Universe ♥️❤️♥️

    marvellous speech! I Have observe that "mindfullnes" can bring us to the opposite direction, so I come from a a Zen monastery where there are a lot of problems, many monks get mental sick, some of them have to get out to take therapy, I think is because meditation can be used not to integrate your brain but to disintegrate it, what I say is that breathing meditation can be use not to fell and think instead to observe your mind; I found a sutra that talks about that: Hui Neng Sutra.

    The language used by Daniel Siegel is too abstract about intangibles somehow. Often difficult to follow... Worthwhile, but hopefully better language from the recording here from 2011.
