1- knit-wise thru 1st stitch, let stitch fall off
2- purl-wise thru 2nd stitch
3- purl-wise thru 1st stitch, let stitch fall off
4- needle between 1st and 2nd stitch (from back to front)
5- knit-wise thru 2nd stitch
