But then again they would’ve had to work on it for an additional three to four years to get it to what we’ve been waiting for.
@@ChrisSanchez I just rewatched the originals and the audio sounds better, for example here at 2:22 They made the voice too clear and killed the ambient effects. Now it sounds like a normal conversation, instead of a vision..
No it's not you dense cabbage. They updated the resolution and added visual effects, ie brightening certain areas and different partical effects. They said when they announced reforged that they were not going to remake all of the cinematics
Im glad these cutscenes remain untouched, Only making them Higher resoloution was the right choice. These still hold up and theres no need to remake them
People complaining here really are uninformed. It was announced month ago they were gonna keep the cgi cutscenes of the old because cgi is not cheap and the reforged team is small. It's not like the old cgi cinematic looks bad anyway.
Can you provide a link to where this was announced? If you go to the games page to buy it, the description literally says "reimagining" and "4 hours of redone cinematics" while the cinematic for "The Culling" is playing.
@@aguywith2thumbs it was said during blizzcon. And technically. There is some changes and new animations in the traditional cutscenes. Just not as much as the culling demo.

There is a hydralisk at 1:32 and at 2:02 in the right side of the screen. Just turn down the replay speed to 0.25 and you'll see it.
