why do people feel like they have to comment negatively about things they dont like, or make others feel they're doing something wrong by being different...if its not to your taste rather dont say anything, i'm sure she didnt put this video to be put down but to inspire someone who really needs this kind of inspiration. The world would be a much better place we treated each other with sensitivity, just think how would you like it if someone said that about you...

Ayishat is one of the most down to earth person yourll ever meet. people talking about race can just walk out the door. She has worked hard to get where she is now - not handed to her. Moral of the story is dont give up and give it your all. Period.

Proving motivation,drive and ambition. You go girl!
Its about being innovative and unique to get where you want in life. She didn't go through no backdoor ways or anything of the sort. She went straight to the people that matter and made herself known. This is the problem with people today. Most people do not realise that you have to show why your different not just by your CV but you as a person. She done that! She was persistent and showed more drive and by doing so, was able to showcase her talent even though others out there could have more.
I met her on a Labrinth shoot for Reebok this year. Really gorgeous

Bottom line is she's getting paid for a job that thousands of people would love to do, but will never get the opportunity to do, so really and truly, what she's wearing is irrelevant. She's managed to break into the business and knows what she's talking about. Although I'm not a fan of her outfit either, I respect that.
I love her style. Don't care what anyone else thinks, these people commenting aren't celebrity stylists.

I find it amusing the amount of people who are ripping her for her style. I think she's done a good job. She's an individual. All the people criticizing or laughing at her style are simply venting their lack of audacity to do it themselves, and be different from the norm. Kudos to this chic

Allllll these haters! BOR-ING! This girl is so ruddy talented, creative, down right inspiring, and humble where others would have placed themselves on some pedestal by now. She's young and has achieved so much and still manages to stay driven instead of chilling out and riding the waves of her success. Give a fuck whether you don't like the way she dresses, simply because she's not a poster girl for Topshop/ Urban Outfitters and the like- she's gotten to where she is exactly because of that.

I don't get why people feel the need to comment stupid, useless things. She's probably pretty ace at her job, hence she was interviewed about how she got into fashion styling. Oh, big deal, she's wearing a hat and jeans. Do you think that means that's how she styles everyone else? It's called individuality. Something she has, and something that's necessary to retain in her field of work. This video inspired me to go out and try and get opportunities for myself - thank you!

I find it so scary how as soon as anyone looks or dresses slightly differently to the rest of us, they're instantly slated and called a weirdo. I though we were meant to live in a liberal society where we could respect other peoples thought's and opinions? Obvs not. Plus it doesn't matter what you're opinion is on her, she's the ones with celebrity clients and earning good money for doing something she loves, calling her names won't change that.

You have no idea. Some celebrity stylists charge over a thousand pounds a day. For the oscar stars for example... it's more like 10 grand a day.
