Just that u know:
The fictional members of Gorillaz do not have a real life person behind them. The real members of the band are the singer that sings for 2D the man u saw on the beginning (Damon Albarn) and the artist who created the characters (Jamie Hewlett). Also there are a ton of People behind the scenes who help the singer and there is a whole crew together with Jamie Hewlett who do the Animations.
Also the Characters have voic Actors for the Sketches they do.
