So if you would ask me: I went to marios wiki page and i saw some things It seems like that mario actually enjoys mr.puzzles shows, and he also has a slight TV obsession just like mr.puzzles And when i looked at his goals, it was shown that it was MARIOS PLAN to resume mr.puzzles back to watch his Teletubbies show that got interrupted. So basically, it was NO accident, mario did it on purpose on bringing him back, but as we saw his expression,it seemed like as if he wasnt expecting him to be alive at all. So my theory is that Mario can have some sort of connection to mr.puzzles in the future videos which may either lead to the closed secret door or to the unfinished upstairs, which could be also WOFTI 2024 or another movie. Mario may be the next target or maybe a betrayer/traitor
