Jay was saying he gives Dre his props but nobody else after him. Song was produced by Dr Dre. Thats Watcher 2. First Watcher is a Dr Dre song solo on Dre’s 2001 album. That lady on the hook of Watcher 2 is Truth Hurts she was signed to Dre. Check out Truth Hurts - Addictive feat Rakim. It was a hit record. Top 10 on Billboard in 2002.
