Colin is like Kubrick in the way he injects his frames with subtlety, for instance how Jerry is wearing the gold chains, this signifies to the viewing audience that Jerry has more wealth than his adversaries, it’s the stories in between the stories that make Colin one of the best film makers of our time.
The gold chains were a master stroke in subliminality, like an imperceptible finger pointing towards the moon.
It also symbolizes that he's a Jew, very layered

This is delusional. Larry David is a great writer and producer, but not a great standup by his own admission. Seinfeld is one of the best standups ever. He was already a headliner and a success before the show. Without either one of them the show wouldn’t have been the success it was. And without the success of Seinfeld Larry doesn’t get to do Curb Your Enthusiasm. The quote is precisely backwards.
You should look up the early career of Jerry Seinfeld..he would have done well even without Larry..perhaps not to this level but that is true for Larry as well..he likely wouldn't be where he is without Seinfeld

@@anick5338 You can believe whatever you like, even in opposition to the preponderance of evidence. Seinfeld has been a success in virtually every project he has been involved with, movie, books, sitcom, standup, web series, you name it. That kind of success doesn’t happen by chance. Lastly, Seinfeld got on The Tonight Show (which was the Holy Grail for standups at the time) five years after getting on stage for the first time. Ask any standup worth their salt and they will tell you that’s impressive to say the least. None of this is to discredit Larry, he’s a genius.
