Whatever you have submitted take all those documents with you, even though they will just see the documents that are mentioned in the checklist but there is no harm to bring all those that you have submitted. I brought all of mine. And i remember the interview of a divorcee girl was quite longer than others, I personally never asked what was extra but I would suggest bring all your documentation
Hi di I got my interview approved 4 days ago.. the counselor asked basically 7 questions.. the last question he asked when was the last time your husband visited you in India. I told him after the weeding he stayed for 2 months. Then he left for us.. couple months later he come back to India and we are staying together for 2.5 years now in India. After that the he said your visa is approved!!

Hey thank you so much for your kind words. You can go to any where there is no restriction upon this that if your interview is in Mumbai you can have it done anywhere among approved hospitals. I had mine in mohali, my interview was in Mumbai. Once you get your interview date get your medical done anytime before your interview. Also I never brought any affidavit for financial support. If they are asking you now then bring it.

Actually i got married in 2017 with my boyfriend without letting my parents know because they are not agreed with our relationship due to intercaste issues. Then we had a court marriage. We don't have a wedding photos but we do have a pictures together, we do have a whatsaap chat,call logs,money transfer receipts, he do post our pictures in his insta and Facebook. So my concern is,Does it really a big issue that we don't have wedding pictures. We do chat everyday, daily calls etc.. His case is already approved by nvc and waiting for his interview. I just need ur suggestion like what if we don't have a wedding pictures because my parents were not agreed .but our relationship is totally real . We were dating for 3 years and on 2017 we got married in india and came back to California. We are Indians. Plzzz respond!!
Hey girl there is nothing to worry, for CR1 they don't need chat and all much, but if it is approved by NVC so its all good. all that matters is your relationship is real and wedding is real, which you guys have so chill, if he want he can just bring some pictures with him of two of you together, in case they ask but they never ask. but to be safe side just bring few and you guys are good.

@@searchinggoodness no problem, my case was IR 1. The US consulate was in Bombay. They had a huge backlog of cases due to covid. But they are moving faster now. I'm sure you will hear soon. Stay positive!

My husband filed my case on December 2020 and USCIS approved my case within 3 month (March 2021).. and my case is in NVC since we submitted all document in April and next mail in May 2021 sent by NVC saying that check messages.. All document are Accepted and they asked W2 document.. we uploaded it in May2021 now nothing email has been sent by NVC… Does accepted document means Documentary qualified? Yes you definitely need the updated PCC otherwise they won't issue you the visa, they will just let you know that your visa is approved or not, if approved then you would have to submit new PCC online then they will issue the Visa

The NVC sent me the welcome letter in August & then I got my interview letter in January, they scheduled my interview date in February.

@@imoct1733 good luck to you. they refused my visa. they gave me 221g form. for submitt some pictures and chat and video call history before and after wedding. so better is you need to carry with you . then they can't find any excuse.

hey Ria thank you so much, we are glad you like it and it was helpful for you. This DS 5540 is just introduced in 2020, I never brought that with me at my time. I would suggest bringing all the documents that you applied for, your husband will be relaxed at the time of the interview that way. All the best to your husband. Good luck to both of you

@@searchinggoodness no problem, my case was IR 1. The US consulate was in Bombay. They had a huge backlog of cases due to covid. But they are moving faster now. I'm sure you will hear soon. Stay positive!

I received only an email not an appointment letter by post ...and email content is written in too long in a horizontal so can't make a print in A4 size paper even landscape.so what should i do????

Also I haven’t uploaded any marriage photos with DS260- I uploaded my photo as per visa size photo; even though it gets approved and I’m waiting for my interview to be schedule. Where did you upload the marriage photo ? Is it going to be problem as I haven’t?
No they already have those pictures when you have applied for your case In CR1 visa they never ask for screenshots as we explained in the video. 😊😊
@@dvpatel4660 If they approved your documents then don't worry but if you want to be on the safe side just get few pictures and get them along with your documents, but they won't ask that probably but there is no harm to bring few.

Hello please response me!! I am US citizen spouse.. My husband filed my case on December 2020 and USCIS approved my case within 3 month (March 2021).. and my case is in NVC since we submitted all document in April and next mail in May 2021 sent by NVC saying that check messages.. All document are Accepted and they asked W2 document.. we uploaded it in May2021 now nothing email has been sent by NVC… Does accepted document means Documentary qualified? What is the next step?How much time may take to get interview.. My USCIS processing time was very short so please tell me🙏🙏
No one can tell the exact time cz of Covid there are a whole bunch of backlogged cases, so hold on girl and be patient, don't worry you will get there

Yes you definitely need the updated PCC otherwise they won't issue you the visa, they will just let you know that your visa is approved or not, if approved then you would have to submit new PCC online then they will issue the Visa
