My father was a green card holder when he filed for me and few months later, he became a US citizen and added his naturalization to the petition. He filed for me on February 2022. Anytime I check my case status, it says my case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. Please I want to when USCIS will approve my case. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.

Tample mar certificate not valid if u want want uge apply any visa U have to spacial marriage certificate Or u want Hindu marriage certificate Than u have to temple after tample u have to do marriage registration any court or any layer in Delhi can do in one or two days
i believe pan is not needed. Aadhaar and passport and i130 petition name should be consistent. But i am not sure about the abbreviation scenario. You will have to find someone who had this in their name.

hi i checked and is it taking 42 months. for now you will have to wait for 42 months but good things is usually they shuffle centre in between so your centre might get changed. check every month where your case is at. And hence check waiting time of that centre. all the best

@@zoelabis it took me one week to receive it and it came by post. However when u file for it you have to set an appointment for it where you go in person. After that about 4 days it took for the pcc to reach my address.

Would it be a problem if a name on aadhar , pan are not exactly same ? Like Mohd Rashid v Mohammad Rashid? Would it work?
