For those of you that, like me, thought that they'd have collected all 227 chests, but the game is only displaying 226 chests, be sure to double check if you got the battle chest containing the Gazpacho Recipe in The Greatwoods South (#96). It seems that this recipe can be bought somewhere and since I already got the "cook all recipes"-achievement before I thought i'd have already collected this one, but I did not - was the missing chest for me. I hope that helps.

i went through this whole video as i played the game and im stuck at 99% achieve tracker. 226 chests, now how am i gonna find that last 1
I found the last chest. Or mabye it was just a bug in a bug. I could not get 227 chests no matter what on my first playtrough. On my second playtrough I did all the chests again. and it was still 226. The chest I was missing was The charm quest you need to open for Mariette. So if you are stuck on 226 on a second playtrough. Trying recruiting Mariette again. Somehow that counts as the 227 chest.
It says a lot about the Proving Grounds when it takes up 1/4 the video

Chest #73 (Evasive Garb) is bugged for me. I can't hit the chest. The gimmick is not working.

I'm missing just one chest and I simply can't find it. Is the trophy possibly bugged? I've already found the 'hardest' ones, like in Labs. I'm pretty sure I have all the Battle Chests. I also have the one in Great Forest South... It's just so frustrating... Can't they just add a feature with a hero that 'searches' for it or something..
