MOTIVUS THE SAGE I bet Logan Marshall green gets work based on looking like tom hardy sometimes even if he’s a good actor too lol, I liked him in quarry and Spider-Man homecoming
Reminds me strongly of the character VEGA from the last DOOM game. Like the style of voice and the effects put on it are near identical. Had to look it up to see it wasn't the same person.
The theater went nuts during this scene, great movie, glad Logan Marshall green is getting good stuff like this, quarry was good (well first four episodes were before they watered it down last four)
nicole wins I went to see it sight unseen because my daughter likes the writer/director. I like the main actor from Dark Blue. Great movie. Worth he money I spent.
The ending seems like it set up for a sequel, which I hope there is one, but the ending also seemed like an ending to just straight up end the series, do you think a sequel would be good?
TGS Fade I don't know where you go from there. To me, it was a fitting end to a movie.. He got to go back to his happy place and the computer got to have a human body.
TGS Fade Yeah, it's possible. I could think of a couple routes you could take it. Maybe he tried to come out of his happy place. Or, the movie picks up where the cops are looking for him. Leigh Whannel already said there probably won't be a sequel
0:12-0:17 is so awesome. First, the camera when he gets up, and then the utterly robotic way how he slams the guy against the wall. Amazing action scenes.
Just recently watched this film, and I must say that this movie deserves more attention and admiration to filmgoers that other cliché and mainstream movies out there! Damn! It's nice to feel great about this genre again, the gap within me was partially filled after watching altered carbon and ghost in a shell!
one fo the best action scenes I have ever seen and such an incredible movie. Definetly a top 10 for me. The acting is superb. He's moving he's body as one being while reacting to such movements with the head as another being, all the while performing amazing self-defense movements. And the camera movement in this scene and all of the action scenes. Just, fucking, amazing. I hope the director continues this work. The movie is underrated, but it is a masterpeace.
Masterpiece? I don't know about that. I consider a masterpiece to be "Something which very little can be improved upon". There were some flaws in the rest of the film and some things that just COULD have been better. No doubt that this SCENE was a masterpiece, I can't think of any way to improve it.
The combination of the amazing cinematography, fantastic acting, and phenomenal fight choreography just makes it one of my favorite hand-to-hand fight scenes.
Opening night, i went to see this movie with my sisters and some friends. It was packed, at the end of the fight, everyone was screaming and cursing and just more cursing hahahaha it was fucking awesome
My current favorite. Watched it 8 times because I keep showing it to people who haven't heard of it. Or really, anyone who will let me. This and daredevil season 3 had some of the best fight choreography as of late.
This movie is really underrated. First time I watched this I was in nothing but complete shock, very well directed, the story was AMAZING, the acting was great and the movie itself is awesome. Seeing Logan go from being stuck in an elevator with the Devil to being disintegrated by Vulture in Spider-Man Homecoming to this...Really has stepped up his game. He’s doing great. This is what Venom should have been, but no Ari Arad fucked it up for everyone.
this scene is forever in my head due to how the guy just like. stands up like he doesn't get up from his hands and knees, he literally just fucking rotates himself to standing position
This movie and Infinity War are my favorite of 2018. The acting was on point, the story not hard to believe considering where we are at with technology, and the right amount of blood and guts. Such an underrated movie.
The choreography is fucking AMAZING, the way he’s watching in horror while wrecking havoc, .....the film depended on him selling that aspect, and damn he did a great job.
I have no clue why this showed up in my recommended but im so glad that it did! Been a while since i watched a new movie that i actually liked! You gotta give it a go!
See? This shit right here is why I don't give my phone permission to do shit without asking me first... One minute you're playing candy crush and the next thing you know BAM! Youre guilty of homicide..
No, i am making a joke based upon something I like. You are losing a grip on life and reality. Growing up has nothing to do making a joke based on something that I and millions of others around the world like or even love. If someone making a joke/meme enraged you enough to respond like this, ask yourself. what are my priorities in life?
Epic movie and to do it on the budget they had is amazing. His acting was top notch and the others too they sold it.sci fi classic in my opinion this should be huge.
Imagine it, Stem didnt give superhuman strength or speed, just a full precise control of the body. Zero reaction time, calculating every 10-15 moves forward in realtime and acting in real time. Which means a human body can do that, the problem is the brain, which is slow, very slow comparing to a computer and have very limited realtime information. We need time to search in a memory cell what make everything even slower. But we only use a very limited percent of our brain, so the question is, the brain can do more, we just need to unlock the full area?
When I see this movie's genre, I was like.. Sci-fi? And Horror? Wow.... How can I not know this movie? So underrated. Also, the movie is so great. Too bad, the movie is short, I needed it longer.
Damn yeah. Wow I was wondering why he looks down right after and I think it is because Grey is trying to see what STEM was doing with his right hand down low but before he gets a good look STEM has already punched the bad guy with it...crazy if that is intentional.
He's really doing a great job of acting like he's not in control of his own body. That seems like it would be hard to sell convincingly.
MakerInMotion yoo for real!
MakerInMotion yeah he did a fantastic job in the movie!
Watched it with boxxy software yesterday. Definitely worth a watch!!!
I've watched a good number of movies where the person "wasn't in control." This one definitely is the best.
very good acting...especially acting like a robotic humanoid
When you give your experienced friend the controller
When youre on mortal combat training then you decide what its like to have the computer on the hardest mode
😂😂😂😂
Moment of silence for those who thought it was Tom Hardy.
MOTIVUS THE SAGE I bet Logan Marshall green gets work based on looking like tom hardy sometimes even if he’s a good actor too lol, I liked him in quarry and Spider-Man homecoming
It's like Venom before Venom. Lol
lmaooooo
MOTIVUS THE SAGE gfy racist pos
I watched this movie genuinely thinking it was Tom Hardy until I read your comment. Doesn’t make the film any less awesome though
This movie should have gotten more attention. Definitely a sleeper hit.
Yeah it was great, first film I've seen twice for a while
most underrated slept on film of 2018
Fact
Super Fact

Mega fact.
THIS was what Venom SHOULD have been.

@@machaolesplendide You liked Venom better than this? Or are you simply too lazy to type "Go fuck yourself?"
@@thedrewdog Well I assume both of those things are true
Agreed
@robotcop Well I'm not, go fuck yourself.
I love the guy who voices Stem. There's just something unnerving about him that makes him intimidating.
It's the grandson of HAL 9000
Reminds me strongly of the character VEGA from the last DOOM game. Like the style of voice and the effects put on it are near identical. Had to look it up to see it wasn't the same person.
Simon Maiden is the guy who voices Stem. FYI
Reminds me of Jarvis' soothing voice
@@GrandHighGamer I thought the same thing.
I love that stem had to turn Grey's head since he has control over that part of himself
Leroys96 CS great observation I was wondering why he did that. These fights scenes are incredible
@@indiecain2775 he probably read it on imdb trivia like i did
tweak the playback speed to 0.25 for extra detail :)

jlaesch check out The Invitation
He plays his role really well in that
This movie was awesome!

Its above average intelligence..
The combination of the amazing cinematography, fantastic acting, and phenomenal fight choreography just makes it one of my favorite hand-to-hand fight scenes.
They missed the best part when he opens his face with the knife!
This looks like an exceptional action/comedy movie. I'm glad I learned about it.
it's definitely action horror
This is not a comedy. Movie gets lot darker towards the end.
There's some humor, but yeah, it's much more a scifi thriller.
Did you seriously used the word "comedy" in order to describe this movie ?
@@tyedrichill8097 what part of it was horror?
It got a 95% on the moist meter

CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH THIS MOVIE IS UNDERRATED!!!!!
I love his bewildered facial expressions as he's robotically beating the crap out of him
The choreography is fucking AMAZING, the way he’s watching in horror while wrecking havoc, .....the film depended on him selling that aspect, and damn he did a great job.
One of my favorite scenes in any film all year. The cinematography blows my mind.
The cinematic technique here was flawless wish more movies used this
This was a great scene. This movie deserves so much buzz.....
Such a dope film.
This film was so good defantly worth a re-watch
One of the best movies of 2018

Such an underrated movie loved the premise and the ending
10/10 great movie would pay to watch
Make more movies like this
This is one of the best and got dammit this should of been VENOM
That guy should take part in Mortal Kombat 😂😂
“I stabbed em’!” The line delivery is hilarious
Saw this last night. Loved it
Best. Movie. Ever! Kind of like an high octane version of Ex Machina.
I have no clue why this showed up in my recommended but im so glad that it did! Been a while since i watched a new movie that i actually liked!

And this is why I'm considering this guy to play Moon Knight-inner voice + violence.

So it's like a human TAS, it's _technically_ possible to do ourselves but the level of planning and execution that goes behind it is superhuman.
Thats not true, all of the brain is used by the body

Logan Marshall-Green deserves more love - he was also phenomenal in The Invitation
Thank you Vega
