English Cake (Lamington Cake) 🍰
Materials
For the cake;
4 eggs (at room temperature)
1 and a half cups of granulated sugar (I used 200 ml cup measurement)
1 tea glass of milk
1 teacup of oil
I used 2 cups of flour (I added it in a controlled manner)
1 packet of baking powder
1 pack of vanillin
For the chocolate sauce;
1 tea glass of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 cups of milk
60 g dark chocolate
For its outer covering; 1.5 cups of coconut
I cooked it on the stove for 10 minutes
I baked the cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes, it may vary depending on each oven. Let's cook it in a controlled manner.
