Very interesting video series, the places you visited are indeed spectacular, and you probably will re-visit and spend more time in the future. Also with your trailer suspension issues, a series of upgrades you might make for the rough roads, heavier axles, shocks or air bag suspension, along with light truck tires. You are not alone with these trailer issues.
Sheesh!! Poor host not responding in the most timely fashion WRSX!! You nailed it!!! We are indeed planning another trip up north. Likely to follow the same path. I agree, apart from the four new leaf springs, I will definitely be adding air bags to assist in the suspension already. The rating of the axles are already are combined rated at 7000lb. As for the tires, they are the heaviest ply rating over and above light truck tires. The roads travelled up north are honestly the worst I’ve driven on ever. Nothing compares to the gravel roads driven and being the 800+- kilometres of gravel hell!! That said, we will be doing it again in the future, so clearly I’m a sucker for punishment…..or I like it??!!! Lol!!! All the best my friend!!!
