My favourite all-time meal was a simple Seafood Linguini in Rhodes, Greece. Simply stunning. I used to go and have steaks on my hols. Seafood platters are my new thing. Expensive but nice!
Crawfish are delicious!! Especially in etouffe!
In Sweden we also eat crayfish, but with a different flavor we cook them with water, salt, sugar and beer with dill or dill seeds and let cool. Pour the mixture over the crayfish and leave in the fridge overnight. and eat them cold

Look up a few Mexican places that have good chiliquiles (breakfast nachos) in LA or Orange County, get a coffee at Pacific city in Huntington Beach then head down to Little Italy in San Diego
