I would recommend Nice Baps in Cornwell. I just saw another favorite UK reviewer eat there . The baps and the hotdog are off the charts.

Matt, you need to try out a little gem in my small town Long Eaton. Family run business, the couple are lovely and do everything they do with their heart & soul. A review from you would boost their foot fall and get people to come to long Eaton just ro try it instead of stumbling over it. It's not the type of restaurant you would find I our little town but it is exquisite....It's called palgrave's on station road
Here in the US, that glazed ribeye would be sacrilegious. The best steakhouses use salt and pepper. Period. Ruth's Chris uses butter which I think kills the flavor.
If you are interested in great sandwiches, the roast pork at Casa Guedes in Porto, Portugal is next level and worth a visit.

Eh, the juice you're seeing is from the glaze, not the steak.
@@NoxiousRobeh the steak bled out when he cut in to it , the glaze he said dries as sugar based so crystalises and forms a crust. I've cooked enough steaks to see not rested enough.
That's almost 30 Aldi big daddy steaks! 28 day matured might I add. I know where I'm going + a bag of brown sugar..

Because you asked, when my son is in bed (he's 3), I'll load up your videos on the big OLED TV using the TV's internal YT app, or casted from my phone, which also automatically loads the TV app. Like to watch them on the big screen to get maximum detail, accuracy and coverage of all the delicious food.

His credibility was lost a long time ago. That’s why his channel has declined so much. Won’t be around much longer with his ever increasing company debts he can’t pay.
