    Ramen Sauce & Char Siu Sauce (Volume 500㏄・15 servings)
    Dark soy sauce 450cc
    60cc of light soy sauce (Tamari soy sauce is used in the video, but light soy sauce is recommended to bring out the flavor of the soup stock.)
    9 g of sugar (unless you have it)
    Mirin 15cc
    2g kimchi powder
    Flavored oil (yield 90cc/6 servings)
    Salad oil 90cc
    2g sesame oil
    15g chopped onion
    5g ginger
    5 hawk claws (sliced)
    finish
