This song is from Kamelot's album The black halo (came out in 2005, hence the brick quality). The black halo and the previous album Epica (2003, actually inspired the band EPICA's name) are concept albums based on Faust, and Mephisto is one of the main characters there. Shagrath (the first vocalist you see, he's in Dimmu Borgir) is supplying Mephisto's vocals and Khan (vocalist of Kamelot) is singing Ariel, the main character.
Edit: pleeeease, please check out live Kamelot/Khan's performances, the live concert album is called One cold winter's night and it's just perfection, can't go wrong (my faves are Edge of paradise and Elisabeth, and you also have his duet w Simone there, called The haunting).

I have no idea if you got any more info on this or not, beyond the other comment on this video. Kamelot had sibling albums that were essentially a concept album when put together. Memento Mori is a really great song by Kamelot from albums. The albums speak to the tale of Faust. Mephisto is the tempting figure, Mephistopheles. He is seen as a devil figure. Mephistopheles also appears in the Ghost song Call Me Little Sunshine.
Roy Khan is a trained opera singer. He no longer is with Kamelot due to health issues he experienced around touring. I remember this song when it came out in the aughts. This is from the early days of CZcams. Kamelot has an album called Epica which is where the band takes its names. Sort of Lady Gaga and Queen's Radio Gaga.
I dig your reactions to music dude. Your enthusiasm and interest in music as an art is palpable. All the best dude.

Absolutely love this band. This was one of the 1st bands that got me into metal back in the early 2000s and have loved them since. Their discography is nothing short of stellar

6:50 Khan got one eye lens in this video to represent the Devil figure. Demons are incomplete, wicked in some way to mock perfection, having heterochromia shows that imperfection. Example is from the book, called Master and Margarita written by Bulgakov, where Voland (The Devil) have same different colored eyes Khan has in the video. Of course it's only my opinion :)

    ALSO TRY KAMELOT (both live):
*_"The Haunting"_* : czcams.com/video/RsMXxxDMFYY/video.html&ab_channel=Metallwish (with Simone Simons from Epica, who is married to their keyboardplayer)
    and
    *_"Elizabeth I, II and III"_* : czcams.com/video/ecvHBLadaxM/video.html&ab_channel=ProgPowerCorner
BTW: These 2 are (just like the March of Mephisto) with their first (original) vocalist Roy Khan (who's my favourite). The songs you saw at the end of this song (thumbnails) are with their second singer (replacement for Roy) .... Tommy Karevik.
