What a gem! thank you so much for the videos Bernardo. Your enthusiasm for BJJ floods me with same emotion. oss
Brilliant. Great opportunity for the choke as well.
Really nice. It's such a natural flowing sequence and so easy to get the leg over and surprise your opponent. Looking forward to hitting this. It looks like a good option as a follow up attach when trying the paper cutter type choke where you wrap the arm and try to grab the back of the collar.
Very nice transition!! Love your work guys keep it up...
Legends. Thankful I can train under you both.
The last explanation was definitely essential! Thanks for sharing! This will aggregate my game for sure!
Gracias mestre
Thank you so so much. I've enjoyed this and all the other awesome stuff I got from Digitsu.
Show! Vou tentar!
Amazing.
Great flow. I like how it attacks the neck to get the arm. Also, bringing the arm across the body (more like a spiral armbar) feels stronger than a normal armbar.
Ossss!!! love how Bernardo have amazing guests on his videos!! mixing things up!
Im doing my best to give you guys the best content Mike, thanks for the support. OSSS
osss mr guy!
Great transition and technique. Thank you Bernardo and Paul for showing this. Happy 2017 and beyond!

Looks awesome!! I'll try it first thing on Monday!! thanks
OSSSS
Combining the North South choke to bread cutter choke to armbar. I like it
Omg nice
Great technique, thank you guys so much!
Your channel is getting better and better Bernardo, really high quality moves from you and all the other MGA killers.
Regarding the North South Choke: When are you deciding that it's lost and you have to switch to another submission? Is it when their chin is tucked too tightly?
I find it really heard to judge when to keep following through with it and when to switch or reset.
Thanks so much in advance, you guys are awesome!
Hi Theel, thanks so much for the kind words, it means a lot to me. Regarding your question, normally I let go the north south choke when my opponent's head is turned torwards me, and his chin is tucked. But I always try to have a second attack when I feel Im missing it. I hope it has helped. Once again thanks for the support my friend. OSSS
Check out Paul's instructionals on Digitsu. It's very hard to find stuff where Paul is teaching, he's the Danaher of the Marcelo academy.
Any chance you can make a video on pulling guard? You da best Bernardo!! Love your ebook.
I will add it to my list Piyush, thanks for the idea. Make sure to follow my blog bernardofaria.com OSSSS
Bernardo can you get Paul to show his details in the north south choke with gi?
Thanks for great videos
Hi, next video I make with him I will ask him, thanks for the support my friend. OSSS
That would also be awesome. I really struggle to finish in the gi, and have to go to the papercutter. Thanks Master Bernardo, I really believe your videos are some of the best on the internet
Thanks v helpful, tho audio was terrible which is y u don't get many ppl sharing such great vids
I learned that from David Adiv about 15 years ago!
This MGA series is soooo good. And Paul moves like a freakin snake
OSSSSS JEFF!!!
dan camarillo i guess practiced this sleek arm bar
very tight and smooth without losing space or creating space like the knee on belly
Rarely get to the armbar, the papercutter finishes the job 98% of the time
