The entry and mechanics make it look a bit like some sort of reverse monoplata. Looks good, I'll have to play with this one.
Anyone every bought an instructional and actually got any use out of it? I feel like bjj is something you can't youtube and solo drill. Gotta drill with someone so how does instructional work?
