The definitions of "Mental Health" have evolved over time. A key development of recent decades has been the emergence of assessments of psychological functioning, including a sense of well-being and hope.

Can you blame individuals about their attitude, when the NHS (UK) themselves declare that they too have no idea as to how SSRI's fully work,
I've been on zoloft for a while now, and i can say for sure that it might help here and there, but the side effects are awful, especially considering that neurotransmitters are affected by serotonin levels (One of the reasons as to why erectile dysfunction is on the side effects sheet)
We need better medication, not more confusing lectures ..... Please prove me wrong if you can, however i feel like it's a privilege to blame patients for their "attitude towards psychotropic medication", quite rude in fact!

Side note: Many modern studies, which i will happily source if requested, in which have moderately acceptable sample sizes with minimal extraneous variables, *Psychedelics, beyond placebo, typically cause more harm than benefit*
If i was to speak from a bias perspective as well, i would *STRONGLY* disagree with anyone considering psychedelics for treating the likes of Anxiety, Depression and C-PTSD, for me this was detrimental, even within a safe environment controlled to the standards of a lab setting.
      All the best!
