Chicken feet is very common in Asian cuisine, whether in soups, steamed, or chilled. There are certain things I stopped eating as I grew up and found out what they really were. For some reasons, I continued on eating chicken feet, usually the steamed black bean sauce variation, that is common in Chinese (dim sum) restaurants.

Its so good for you, if you haven't heard of it. Highly recommend, especially if you have been sick. Basically you cook animal bones (beef, chicken, chicken feet and neck are flavourful and full of collegan in a big pot of water on low for hours, towards the end, throw in some herbs if you want. Then you strain and refrigerate and drink a cup of the broth daily. Amazing for your gut, overall health.

started working at a bookies recently and honestly, you get some lovely chaps coming in, placing a fiver on the horses and just taking a minute in there after work. some good guys in there (obviously get some knobs too) but as far as addiction goes, you can see how easy it is to slip into it, such a dangerous game to play. and you’re spot on with no sympathy. people treat it with such taboo, but you know they wouldn’t think the same about drinking and other addictions etc. can be a tough watch sometimes but people make their choices unfortunately. that isn’t to say you can’t gamble responsively also.
So my dogs have been ill recently, apparently just an autumn bug, a friend of mine who runs a dog park with behavioural and nutrition training recommended to give my dogs chickens feet to sort them out and it worked, squared all 3 away. But I dont think I'd try them myself

Chicken feet are great but for the ultimate collagen hit you cannot beat slow cooked pork rib soup. Plus you can supplement it with things like chillis, garlic, ginger, ginseng and tumeric root - always go fresh as well, never frozen 💪
the hypocrisy of football they flood every game with betting ads exposing kids to it then they’re surprised when the players fall for it.

Look into the R.I.C.E. treatment guys. The doctor who came up with it has said it’s not quite the best way in regards to injury treatment and recovery.

on the plus side andros...you was 4/1 anytime goalscorer away in the europa league for spurs...kane was left at home and i knew you'd be on penalty duty...we got a pen, the house was jumping, you walked up, we were jumping harder and of course you slotted...free money. great times.

Respectfully, I understand that Tom is Ben’s mate however I don’t feel he has to be on every pod. The conversation flows so well between Ben and the guest because they have the same experiences and understanding. While unlike other podcasts where the non footballing host gives more of a fan view and you can just feel their passion for football (tubes chris stark etc) and are relatable. Unfortunately Tom attempts to join the conversation as if he is a fellow footballer which he just isn’t and it becomes frustrating to listen to. Just my opinion, I’m sure Tom adds a lot to the team and the production just maybe not in front of the camera.

Get the gambling sponsorship OUT OF FOOTBALL. IMMEDIATELY! Too much input into the sport. Players shouldn’t be sanctioned for betting, unless it’s on their own team to lose. It’s like banning snooker players for smoking in the “Embassy” world championship days.
Addictive personality = weakness… stop pretending it isn’t to make ppl feel better it doesn’t help.
