Chris cole just taught me how to ollie
I was taught how to Ollie by Chris Cole
Legendary bro legendary
Noway dude, same!!
This is the best Ollie tutorial. Every other Ollie tut says keep your shoulders aligned with the board. And that is why I was struggling. Tried his stance and got it! Watch this video, go out and imagine you're Chris Cole and you'll land it! That just happened to me today! :D
This video helped me so much purely from what he said about weight distribution. Every Ollie tutorial video is exactly the same when talking about the feet but the thing he said about keeping your head between your feet is so useful! Also no one every mentions what your arms should be doing and his arm motion is really good for maintaining that weight distribution. Great video from a great skater!!
love chris coles skate boarding tips
Best tutorial I’ve seen so far
Why his ollie is so smooooooth
practice
@@eternals agreed
He's Chris Cole
simple but very helpful.
Thank you Gary for the recommendation. nbd
this helped me more than kyros tutorial when i was a beginner lmao
I can do an ollie but sometimes I slide my front foot to early or get no pop or jump up and nothing happens
When you drag foot is it on the toe cap or the outersole
side of the shoe
Hey, it’s my dad
I wish i watched this when I was learning how to ollie
Lucky, how’s that going for you
@@blackwaterpictures876 uh, i can ollie a double set? Its a 4 flat 3 haha. But if ur a beginner u got it man. If not, u prolly rip already
No matter hard hard I pop or how wish I attempt to jump I can never seem to get super high ollies and I just cant figure out why. I've tried tweaking foot positions and timing and everything I can think of
Have gotten it yet?
You have to pop backwards / to the right also jump before you even pop
Solo tienes que popear más duro y raspar desde el medio de la tabla hasta el noise
I can't get it to jump the tail part, I tried every thing including the slide part in the nose
Maybe you're not lifting your back foot after popping
How do you get an beginner ollie higher? I feel stuck bc it doesn't get higher and I watched so many videos 😂
Videos won’t help if you can already do it you just need to practice
work on your pop bro good skating comes from the toes and u really gotta pop that ankle down
I found out that the more slide your front foot has to cover the bigger the olie is , also try to use your arms alonng with the motion , that usually gives me more height
How high can you jump without a board? Maybe cross train some. Box jumps would be a good one to do if your jump is low
Chris Kunce Idk how high but it isn’t that low my jump
Thank you based Chris. Please send me a pair of signed rippers it would make my entire life
He is SO stiff, but his skating is still top notch.

Everything is just all practice

What
his front foot position is so weird.
I can't ollie with my toes hanging at all. Need to have about half an inch of space between the tip of my toes and the edge of the board.
