The beautiful story beat of Soldier Boy calling Homelander a disappointment because he sees so much of himself in him, and his father called him that: chef's kiss
The vicious cycle continues smh. Piece of shiit.
Yeah it's weird because it's a dick thing to do but hea also 100% right
That last scene with Ryan slowly starting to smile was so unnerving. Seeing him start to act more like Homelander next season is going to be really creepy, and I'm sure that's gonna play a lot into Butcher's personal storyline since he'll probably feel like he needs to fix it before he dies and he doesn't have much time.
People forget that Ryan has been held in a cage his entire life. Even after being " Rescued by Butcher " he was just moved into another Cage. Homelander has offered him " true freedom. "
When Ryan started to smile, I felt like I was watching a reboot of the film “The Omen.” 😳
Ryan was such a sweet, and kind boy. This turn is a result of Butcher's cruel rejection of him. Homelander saying he would never abandon him was all Ryan needed to hear.
I sure hope he can be saved from becoming Homelander Jr.
@@CharTurner6928 Definitely, when Butcher snapped at him earlier in the season I knew that he was basically serving Ryan up to Homelander on a silver platter. I think in the end he probably will be saved, but it's gonna probably be a very messy process. At the end of the day Ryan is BECCA'S son, and she's far better than Butcher and Homelander, and that's why he'll be able to come back.
@@andrewdunn2343 great point about Becca.
When Homelander asked Noir if he knew about his dad the whole time, I immediately saw Tony asking Cap the same question.
The way this show has shown the compounding effects of father issues is incredible. The cycle of abuse just keeps on perpetuating. Poor Ryan.
There's been an overall theme of sons becoming their fathers. We saw it with Butcher's flashbacks last episode, with Soldier Boy rejecting his son as a "disappointment," exactly the way his father rejected him, but we also see Hughie becoming his father and helping Starlight instead of trying to "save" her.
@@elbruces I really hope Ryan strays away from becoming like Homelander. Ik he's his dad but I hope Ryan realizes Becca would've never wanted him to become like his dad. Butcher screwed things up but the memory of his mom would possibly put him on the path of becoming more of a Superman figure. And even if Butcher did fuck up with Ryan, I still kinda find it stupid that he still trusts Homelander after the way he acted towards him in the season 2 finale. Like he tells Kimiko in this season that he was afraid to get a dog bc he didn't wanna accidentally hurt it but when HL lazers a guy in front of him, he smiles, it seems like the writing got a little wonky with his character here. And this little change ain't just bc Butcher yelled at him one time. Literally Ryan's change in character is the only thing I didn't really like about the finale
@@kfactor20 I don't think that it was a happy smile. It seemed more nervous to me.
@@kfactor20 he wasn't smiling because of the violence, but because he was enjoying being loved by the crowd. It's a dangerous road he's on since he'll want to keep winning their approval like Homelander does.
@@heltaku9397 ah ok, well hopefully for the sake of the world, Ryan has an arc in season 4 where he realizes having validation for this stuff isn't good. Like he may be HL's kid but he's also Becca's and she was WAY different than HL. I'm just hoping Butcher finds a way to patch things with Ryan
Black Noir's cartoon friend slowly backing away in the reflection of his goggles was like the light leaving his eyes.... so sad 😞
Captain America when you tell him to stand down: *"I can do this all day"*
Soldier Boy when you tell him to stand down: *"FUCK YOU!"*
That final scene is like the literal embodiment of "I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters." Chilling.
That orange haired buffoon lives rent free in so many of y'alls heads smh.
Funnily enough, Anthony Starr actually said that in the Episode 8 interview
My thoughts exactly.
Maybe some people don't care so much about mob mentality idiots who throw shit at kids (or at anyone) getting their heads exploded, maybe.
Exactly... :(
Butcher & Homelander are the best worst example of co-parenting EVER.
Okay, Adam taking personal offense to Maeve's comment about Hughie being a bottom had me on the floor.
I do think they’ll redeem A-train. But I’m glad they didn’t casually do it right away. It was good to have his own family say “no fk you you’re the worst, nothing you say will make up for your bullshit”
Nate's the MAN!!!
Idk if there's redemption for him
@@pnut3844able I think there is. He's still around, after all. I do think he'll die before the series is over, but maybe he'll play a part in finishing Homelander.
@@eliktm4624 I’ve wondered if he’ll end up ceo. He’s not a “bad guy” especially compared with the rest, and of all of them he is most concerned (and has the best head) for numbers and ratings and profits
That little hint of a smile, right at the end of the episode, might have been the scariest scene in the entire show.
This episode was wild, I was on the edge of my seat cause I didn’t know how the whole thing was gonna go, like if homelander and soldier boy were gonna fight or hug.
Ryan’s smile at the end of this episode felt like the literal end of the world. Ryan is extremely powerful, and if the show is hinting correctly will be way more powerful than even homelander himself. If he ended up like homelander or worse he could very easily cause some sort of world apocalyptic event
that sounds amazing but he’s his mother’s son. he’s not going to go full psycho. he’s a kid; just enjoying the love and attention denied to him by Butcher. he’ll save Butcher / others when it matters most. calling it.
That’s going to be the story, can Butcher pull Ryan back or will he have to kill him too. I think Ryan may kill Homelander to save Butcher
Ryan will be more powerfull than Homelander I mean when he first used his lasers he completely destroyed Stormfront
small detail I both love and hate: even when she is dead they still label her as a lesbian instead of bisexual
saaaame
That's so corporate bullshit though. Just spot on
Yeah, plus the way they say "PROUD LESBIAN". Nobody talks like that. Most people say sapphic or wlw. "Lesbian" is so 40 years ago.
@@heltaku9397 ""Lesbian" is so 40 years ago." no I disagree whit that.
@@heltaku9397 yeah no. Women who are lesbians will gladly say they are. The ones who sugarcoat it use wlw or sapphic.
One of the best seasons of TV in a while! Great characters and even greater twists. Love it.
“Is he eating another octopus”?
“I don’t know what he’s doing”
😂😂😂😂😂😂
He was eating a ding-dong, cause you know, you are what you eat
Wow, this show really held a mirror up to the US with no filter.
Ioved when butcher and homelander had the whole the enemy of my enemy is my firend moment, when it comes to their son all bets are off
Butcher doesn't see him as his son, he still sees him as Becca's son.
So Disney...
@@flopy593 awww, go cry more edgelord
That was so stupid lmao
This is what Strange meant when he said "Things just got out of hand😈"
Butcher in the comics put together an amazing plan to get rid of all the Supes all at once at one point. I feel right now since they have a ticking clock of about a year to 18 months this is where his master plan will come in to play
They might just pull off the impossible: get me to root for A-Train's redemption
I love that the same building that was used for the daily bugle is what the boys are using
someone needs to make an special cut with all of Black Noirs emotions added in to all his previous scenes
I think the reason Ryan smiles at the end is because Homelander got mad because someone 'attacked' someone he loved, and lashed out with his powers to kill them, and instead of getting mad at him the crowd cheered. You can see from his kid-perspective how he'd feel like 'these people won't hate me for what I did" and it can be traced directly back to what Butcher said to him. I think hes going to find a place he dosent feel bad about what he did, or how he feels about himself in the worst place possible and being to young to understand _why_ they support him or why its very bad to be someone they _do_ support.
And _we_ understand why Butcher said what he did to Ryan, why he's so messed up, and _we_ get that he wants to take it back. But how do you explain any of that to a kid? And he can barley talk about how he was raised, or his brother, its like he sees opening up as 'weakness' and the guys clearly got PTSD from his childhood, weakness=beatings and that still effects everything he does.
Like weirdly enough, I think meant he cared. He knew he couldn't both be there for Ryan _and_ go on a potential death-mission to kill Homelander. But not choosing the death-mission is 'weakness' and he can't do that, so he lashed out at Ryan. Its like he was trying to remove him from the equation, if Ryan hates him he doesn't want him around, if he doesn't want him around he doesn't need to worry about dying trying to kill Homelander. And it felt like he did it automatically, that was his natural response. He even tried to apologize right after.
But how do you explain that to a kid? "I only said I didnt want to look at you because you murdered my wife because I _care_ about you"?
I think everything that happens will now go back to that, and Butcher having to finally open up about his truama to save Ryan. God I love this show.
Noir is up in the Great Cartoon In The Sky
So is everyone living in that state ….. I mean no one seems to mention that Maeve just YEETED a glass bottle containing top level novichok out the window !?
I mean come on wtf! 🤣🤷🏻♂️
Not to mention it's in a bottle Starlight perfume. Just more controversy to pile onto her reputation.
love how this episode ends with homelander basically doing what trump said he could do, shooting a man on fifth avenue and people still love him
Dear god when will people stop talking about the orange haired buffoon? 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
This ending made my kid so mad because of that very reason…it was too close to reality and it would probably happen this way.
MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY
Ugh... These writers are so liberal!
I wonder if they'll bring Black Noir back. If losing half his brain from Soldier Boy bashing his head in didn't kill him, I think he can recover from having his guts ripped out by Homelander.
Look closer. Homelander reached in and ripped his heart out. I think he can regen only what is there. That is why his head healed but he lost the ability to speak. He couldn’t regen the chunks of brain he lost.
They've hinted that the actor will be coming back, same suit, but possibly not as the same character.
There's a thing from a rumor i heard in the comics... Under the mask. This might be the setup to get that never-publicly-seen uniform... Just maybe not the nut allergies black dude underneath.
Vaught loves cover ups...so why not put any other actor or character under the mask and have them pretend to be black noir without speaking or showing his face. Would fit right in without inquisition by the press or public.
Xander I’m hoping Stan Edgar revives him somehow maybe
@@lordnicholasbendtner1333 In the comics, there was a cloning story line that I don't think has been used yet in this adaptation. If they can replace A-Train's heart, they can probably replace Noir's as well.
I think it's interesting that usually when something diverges so far from the source material fans aren't normally happy. The fact that everyone is still on board with The Boys is a testament of how good the writing is. I am still wondering if we'll see Butcher take the full strength compound V next season and it save him.
This finale was the first time I felt a little worried about the divergence from the source material. I just hope the show has a clear end in mind and isn't just winging it, because I do believe the cast & crew including the writers can deliver if they know how many episodes they have to write around.
Fun fact: Every season ended with Ryan. That boy definitely gonna be a big bad.
🤯🤯🤯
I think he'll end up good. The show is dark but not that dark.
"I could shoot and kill someone in broad daylight on 4th street, and they'd still love me."
I'm paraphrasing, but damn wasn't that last scene right on the nose 😆
It will annoy the hell out of a certain number of CZcamsrs who inextricably think the sun shines out of a certain person's arse and turn into snowflakes at any criticism.
Noir better not be dead!!! To reveal the animated world he lives in, make him extremely interesting then kill him?!! Wtf?!!
I can't remember, does he have regeneration power? If he does, I sure hope he can come back from this...but this was a brutal injury Homelander inflicted on him.***edit*** I just read a comment saying Homelander pulled out his heart. he aint' coming back from that.
Damn I thought he just ripped out his guts. Doubt he’s coming back from that!
@@neils19 I thought it was his guts too. I gotta confess I didn't watch the scene that closely, it was soo gory and upsetting.
mixing the stew.. whole bottle of daddy issues LMAO
"This is getting out of hand! Now, there are two of them!"
That Super Bloodline is tainted. Megalomania, psychopathy, sociopathy...if Ryan can fight against that, hats off to him. But him smiling after dear old dad murdered someone is very Damien of him lol
It seems like A-Train and Ashley are veering towards the redemption arc, though I think Ashley's won't be until the bitter end (she's going to be one of the only women in Vought now since Annie and Maeve are gone). Kripke has already said he's got more plans for Soldier Boy, so THANKFULLY Jensen will be back eventually.
I'm at 5:26 and Adam just quoted Bob Uecker in Major League. This is why I come to here.
It's very compelling when our Boys don't have powers, it raises the stakes a lot, but it's getting harder and harder to believe Homelander doesn't just fly in and kill them when they're not on V at this point. I feel like after we set up Kimiko retaking perma-V to get her powers back, we'll see Butcher and Hughie, and possibly Frenchie get it as well.
The Deep is my favorite character on this show. I love watching his life in shambles
*What. A. Season.*
Now, we unfortunately wait for Season 4.
It's taking for fking ever!
.lol
"He rolled a nat 20 on charisma."
Me: I understood that reference!
Either Homelander is showing signs of humanity or he’s the most charming monster ever…
He's the most charming monster ever.
I love that Maeve got the life she wanted and deserved! This season really did a great job with her character! I love the character so much I named one of my cats Queen Maeve 😁.
Why?
25:52 The moment Ryan knows he can do whatever the fuck he wants.
12:29 Didn't notice it at first but he reached in and pulled Noir's heart out. Don't think he's coming back.
Yes, he ripped out his heart because he felt Noir had ripped his heart out by keeping secrets. #Homelanderlogic
Maeve's got her dirty feet on M.M. coffee table!
Somebody get M.M. a sedative.
I remember when my dad beat this guy up for messing with me and my little sister and that face Ryan had in the last scene brought back so many memories. You’re scared at first because you don’t know what’s about to happen, then you’re horrified because of the beating. Then finally, you feel a weird sense of pride or joy that your dad protected you and was a total bad ass. I know most people view it from the angle that It’s going to turn Ryan evil (corrupting him if you will), but I look at his face and see admiration. Just my observation.
This is a very interesting POV, I never looked at it like that before 🤔
Most dad beatings don't result in anything permanent, like death, that should curb or at least color the feelings of admiration into feelings of disapproval(If he's a decent person, it would, anyway).
"Kevin's in... 2 Deep."
Jesus Christ Adam, that was a spit take and a half for me.
I absolutely loved this finale. It hit everything I didn’t know I wanted!
Tell me they didn't cast and hairstyle Homelanders' son to look exactly like the boy on the cover of Rage Against the Machine's "Evil Empire" album
Yeah I'm not going to lie I was underwhelmed with starlight's power they built her up to be this superpower and it was just a big flash and it didn't do s*** lmfao
@@josephirizarry5195 it stunned and weakened him. No way MM could put the nerve gas mask on a full power SB. He would die from a flinch.
Next season, Deep will be Fat Thor. He's eating his emotions. That needs to happen.
I wish there was more destruction during the fight scenes n was wondering how 6.5 super beings fighting can be isolated to one floor of a building. I mean when SF chased kimiko n her bro in season 2 multiple floors were destroyed. I also wish Maeve could have kicked or punched or pushed HL out 1 window brief silence *jump scare* HL crashes thru another window comes flying back in n superman punching her something like that. But I kno "budget"
I don't think things will end well for Ashley and Maeve. I think that Ashley #2 will rat on Ashley #1 because of the helicopter thing.
That helicopter scene seems kinda pointless unless it comes back in the future.
That wasn’t Ashley #2 showing Ashley #1 the footage, so I think Maeve is safeish. Ashley #2 will get her back though.
@@fong03 oh shit! Just rewatched it. Thanks for pointing that out.
jays face throughout this episode: 🤔😦🫣🤭😧🤔🤯😮🤨🥺😧
What if Ryan starts becoming more and more like Soldier Boy and in the end its Homelander who will have to stop-destroy him??😳
I was really disappointed in this finale at first. But watching your reaction made me look at it differently. Thank You!
This show is SO amazingly written and emotionally deeper than it has any right to be. I'm so darn impressed with what Kripke's done with it. I hope to see Annie January grow now that she's thrown away the role that her mother and Vought forced on her, and her powers should grow too. I want a new Black Noir (played by the same guy though) and for A-Train and The Deep to keep trying and failing to be good guys while also staying in Vought's pocket. Most of all I want Ryan to see what being Homelander is like and reject it, even if he can sympathize with his father. That would definitely break Homie once and for all. I think Billy's going to go "scorched earth" some more and only Ryan and Hughie can possibly stop him.
Maeve show up at the end of season 1, encourage Starlight to in the final battle
Maeve show up at the end of season 2, help fight one of the final battle
Maeve show up at the end of season 3, help fight the final battle
I'm seeing a pattern here guys
Edit : also Maeve just hate Hughie unconditionally, she just hate his face lol.
What a wild ride. I loved that they left it open that Soldier Boy can come back, and how Homelander is just completely off his rocker now. Plus, we're getting Vic the Veep!
I didn't connect the Victoria and vic the veep part, oh no
I had the exact same reaction at the end of the show lol. And BTW I knew Jay wouldn't handle the "your my hero daddy"
the flashdance dancing you guys were doing made me laugh. And...Adam's face at 19:33, I DIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO
The end gave me "The Omen" vibes.
Homelander was a better father to Ryan than Butcher...this is on him
You reap what you sow.
Youre delusional. Ryan saved Butcher from HL by going with him. And everything Homelander said, including that Ryan could hurt people and hed be okay with it, is self-serving and HL is a horrible fucking person, as well as father. Butcher distanced himself from Ryan for Ryan's sake, not his own.
I feel like it's more on his mom. The moment she saw that Homelander was going to leave them alone, she should have told him.
I'm calling it right now , Ryan will grow to be the biggest threat and the Boys will team up with soldierboy and homelander to stop him.
show has amazing cast & crew and I still enjoyed the finale, but it really felt like amazing writers overwriting because they can't kill any one that matters.
Ya, I think guts ripped out of body trumps any and all regenerative powers lmao
My one peeve with the finale is the whole 'super saiyan starlight into meh blast' thing, like what, they use up all the special effects budget on octopus sex scenes?
Very underwhelming
Real life paralels getting less and less subtle. I mean, it's not "shooting someone on 5th avenue", but still...
Ryan going full on Brightburn next season
The season did the finest job of any show of making the audience feel bad and/or cheer on characters who are absolute $h!t.
From a source material standpoint, I think this took a big turn. That being said, next season is gonna be nuts.
It's already took a huge turn before this lol
You guys chair dancing to Flashdance!! lol
Homelander lasers a guy again in front of a crowd but this time it isn’t in his head. Ironically people cheer for him even though he murdered a man right in front of them. This ties back to homelander saying I show people the real me and they love me for it. He was afraid of how people would react to his real self and yet they still cheer. Todd cheers for homelander and other join in as if they needed validation. Homelander also craves validation. Homelander killed the “enemy” so that muder was ok. In his interviews homelander pedals the notion of the infamous them. Who is the “them” or “they”? Anyone who is not with “us”. They can be whoever we need them to be. The homelander fans might cheer but the rest of the world may not making the us vs them narrative grow.
Trump said he could shoot a man in the middle of Times Square and get away with it.
When you factor in how they keep showing Homelander and his fans as a metaphore for the real life alt-right, then this one's also a great take on Trump's famous "I could kil somebody in broad daylight at 5th Avennue, and something something" (sorry, I don't remember the exact quote, but the meaning was, that people would still worship him no matter what he did)
@@Ryuu44 Yup I thought of the Trump quote as soon as I saw that scene.
Reading this kinda stuff gets so tiring.
@@jamesbaggett3655 Get involved in poltics or it will get involved with you. . .
That burst of light that Starlight used on Soldier Boy has to have been the most underwhelming thing I’ve seen a superhero do. She gets all changed up to deliver this super saiyan blast only for her to just knock Soldier Boy over by a couple of feet.
Agreed. Not sure if it was meant to come off as dumb (didn’t seem like it) so I don’t get the point of it. Maybe just to show Hughie would do the right thing and not take the temp V
I’m sorry but is NO ONE going to mention the fact that Maeve just YEETED a glass bottle containing enough novichok to decimate a state through the window into nowhere or? ….. like htf does that work exactly !?
It also weakened him somewhat.
And I guess it kind of regenerated her enough to help hold him down, but what I PRAY it was meant for was to show us (and Starlight), that she can fly. She could fly in the comics, so I hope it’s something she learns to do next season
One. Damn. Blast. 😐
Ryan had that Hannibal lector smile creepy as hell lol
"He could kill him right now" if only he knew
just hope the show doesn't outlive a proper ending. Like end it on top rather than having to force things
You guys give me immeasurable serotonin, thank you
Waiter… waiter! There seems to be a pile of steaming commentary about modern America in my escapism!
This show just continuesally surprises me just when I think I've seen it all, heard it all, or kinda know what to expect its just nah ya don't here ya go have some of this...had no idea what to expect this episode but it wasn't this! And I love it! One the best shows out right now hands down. Give them all the awards they deserve the acting, story telling & character building is just incredible! Its been a long time since I've seen a show that makes me angry, scared, happy, sad, on-the-edge of my seat, I don't wanna look, fist bump the air, heartbroken, jaw dropped, offended, laughed, cried all at the same time!? Wtf!? F*** this show, I LOVE this show!!
People were talking shit about the finale. No idea why. Thought it was great.
The way they built up that scene when annie started levitating and literally glowing I expected her to do more than a simple push. That was underwhelming.
Like what would happen if she took the power from an entire Powerplant?
Considering her regular blasts can't even push homelander, her blasting Soldier Boy as hard as she did was a lot
Yep, it was frankly silly.
That scene was never about Annie. It was about Hughie supporting her to help her friends and save herself without putting himself in harms way or taking away her freedom. It was his power-up, not hers.
Re: The last shot.
Time to cue-up "Ave Satani" from THE OMEN.
I thought this finale was underwhelming... then that last scene. It all made sense, this wasnt the final fight this was the entrance mat for the darkest dungeon.
I LOVE IT.
Homelander was already one of the most interesting and intimidating villains in TV as early as season 1 and he is getting exponentially better in both categories.
Every one of The Boys is at their peak except for Butcher, who is probably one of my favourite protagonists (anti-heroes?) ever.
My only complaint is Black Noir. They should have kept Maeve dead (it was a really good death) and shown him getting better at the end.
But that last scene. OH MY GOD. That is the worst case scenario. Nevermind what's happening with ryan, that's sad but chump change. All of Homelanders fears just got proven fucking FALSE. Any and all doubt in his own godhood just evaporated. He has his people, and he sees a divine right to rule.
They kill off the one mysterious character who was so nice to see for 2 minutes every episode. Surely Noir is redeemable :(
I really hope Noir isn’t truly dead he’s probably one of the best characters on this show and he couldn’t have gone out like that
18:53 aaaah White Goodman. I see you are a man of culture as well Adam.
please dont ever retire the "what are you, some kinda?..." joke lmaooo. Man what a fucking finale. Next season is going to be NUTSAROONIE!!
Deep has gone full White Goodman at the end.
The only thing I can think of to save butcher is either a dose of actual V and becoming a super permanently or maybe if they find a super with miraculous healing abilities. I really thought Hughie was gonna port SB out of there and sacrifice himself. Low key glad I was wrong.
I really wonder what would happen if Kimiko gave someone a blood transfusion. Hell, what happens if any sup gives someone a blood transfusion since V is canonically "in their blood"? Did the comics ever talk about that?
The look of shock on Jay's face at the end. lol
nah man I think we either save ryan or kill ryan. Butcher is a lost cause already, its just a matter of what his last actions will be. Shout out to the writers for not doing the expected & the actors. Great season.
I don't know much from the comics but I wonder if the lack of public declaration for the death of Black Noir does open the door for there to be a new Black Noir...
And I wonder if/when Ryan flips back to Butcher, the only way Butcher can cure his issues is by taking Permanent V.
Showrunner has said he specifically discouraged the current Black Noir actor Nathan from wanting his face seen in the Nicaragua scenes, with a good reason for it.
I think THIS Black Noir Erving(?) is dead, but a new Black Noir (Dave or Joe?) played by Nathan is a real possibility.
Also as you point out none of the Vought channels YT/Twitter etc have an announcement and they usually sync with the show.
I love watching your reactions! Thanks.
Ryan is like his father Growing up isolated but Ryan at least had his mother a moral compass the only person who loved him then his world got flipped upside down when he found out his father was a famous superhero very strong. Then after the death of his mother he is isolated again with no friends no family to really look after him no real family in anyway and all he had was a link of butcher them and butcher cut that tie by saying what he said to him about Rebecca that line was forever severed. Then home later arrives and says no matter what I will always love you giving him the validation he needs having someone in this world who loves him no matter what in return Ryan will return that love but this makes everything more dangerous because to keep that love Ryan seems like he’ll do anything to make his father proud. This narrative is shown through our homeland is family Soldier Boy being a disappointment to his father then homeland or being a disappointment to Soldier Boy and then in their initial meeting Ryan being a disappointment to Homelander. Ryan smiles because these people are cheering his father in a way they are cheering him
So basically Ryan is just another example of how their family just keeps inhereting key character flaws from their parents. Homelander's flaw is that he's extremly insecure, and desparetly needs to feel loved by everyone, but especially by someone he can call family. Ryan's the same. He's a kid, but he's not 3 yo. His mother had to teach him that murdering people is a bad thing, so "intelectually" he knows that Homelander's doing something wrong. Unfortunately he desperatly wants a family connection. It only makes sense. People rationalized really messed up shit with far less of a reason.
@@Ryuu44 well put
I want Black Noir to be alive so badly
How hard is it going to be to watch that ending without getting into politics?
P’reviewd: Yes
Did you read the scrolling news below Dakota Bob announces VP?
Theory with comics spoilers:
Ryan will take on part of the Black Noir storyline from the comics. Both Ryan and comics Noir already have somethings in common. Both killed Becca. Both have Homelander power sets since both were created using Homelander's genetics (one the old fashion way and the other through cloning).
My guess is that Ryan will become drunk on power and turn into a more messed up version of Homelander. Just imagine how messed up he'll get after being raised by Homelander and seeing all the messed up stuff Homelander is capable of. It might get to the point where Homelander won't know what to do with Ryan. Maybe Butcher and Homelander will have to team up to deal with Ryan.
Hughie is on 4 doses. Russia, crimson countess, herogasm, and mindstorm.
Been waiting for ya'll! Ooo-whee! This was fun! Here we go! :)
MM was right, when he said "you are a hypocrite Butcher". Everything Was going as per plan but for Ryan Butcher broke his deal with SB.
Waiting for season 4 eagerly. I guess Noir will come back as well.
Being a Fernando myself via middle name, I can tell you.. its Ferdy
