Marlon sacrificing himself wouldn’t of made a difference. Lily and her group are psychos. It’s sad because Marlon in the grand scheme of things wasn’t a monster. Not by choice. He was made into an impossible villain.

Marlon was given an impossible choice given the circumstances. Clementine was too hard on this kid. Brody was fucking useless. Marlon was a monster due to impossible circumstances. AJ is a budding serial killer.
I blame the Raiders because if they never showed up in the first place, Marlon never trades the twins to Lily and her group, he never trades the twins Minnie never kills Sophie, Marlon never kills Brody and he himself never gets shot. So Lily and her group are indirectly responsible for Brody and Marlon's deaths and directly responsible for turning Minnie against her friends and killing her own sister which is unacceptable. Violet and Louis should be angry and bitter towards Lily because she indirectly got both of their best friends killed (Violet with Brody and Louis with Marlon)

It was great seeing Negan born right before your eyes AJ is Negan he just has not fully grown up yet,I am not made at all seeing AJ kill Marlon he was very bad for the group,Marlon thought giving his people up would save the group no he was so wrong it would have never been enough for the raiders they would have just kept coming back for more and before Marlon realized it the whole group would have been gone, with him there alone,AJ did Marlon a favor by blowing his brains out I am so proud of AJ all that has to be done with, AJ, is that Clem really has to teach him the difference between right and wrong and when and when not to kill as Negan did know AJ needs a code like Negan too, Great episode thanks for posting.
The raiders had to be stopped because no doubt they would of kept coming back if Clem didn't blow up the boat.
