I think she was writing something. You don´t waste time with punctuation if you´re fake writing, and it seemed like she was crossing her T´s, and dotting the i´s. The camera just doesn´t pick it up. Having said that, the reaction on the lawyer is just hillarious. You can see the guy is just thinking "Ugh... the things i do for a paycheck..."
It would have been extremelly interesting to watch her interactions with her legal team. The way they ignore her, and are very cold to her, signifies they don´t buy her bullshit either, but they have to put up a stoic face because that´s what the job of defense lawyer entails. Crying in court without tears...TMZ getting a video that she recorded, hours after she recorded it, with the parts that made her look bad cut out, but she didn't send it? TMZ knowing exactly when to be at the courthouse and which side of her face to picture, but she didn't call them? She herself says she wore makeup in public every time, but conveniently not the one time when she went to the courthouse, when TMZ was alerted? All the stories about abuse that would literally KILL any other human, but all she takes a picture of is some hair on the floor? ALL of her stories that have been told to be false by others on the stand, but THEY'RE all lying, and she's not, every time?? Incredible what the cameras have picked up and prior to this I did wonder what she was writing lol. After six long weeks of trying to defend the psychopath the lawyer here looks down sees her writing nothing and makes sure she’s aware of him shaking his head in disbelief.
