In this two-part series, we look at 25 women who have changed the way we perceive our planet and the universe. First, we’ll explore the lives and contributions of ancient astronomers through to the remarkable women of the Harvard Observatory in the 1890s. Then we’ll focus on 20th and 21st century trailblazers whose accomplishments have opened up the cosmos.
