You know my companies products very well, world wide. Everyone has the same desk. Private offices begin at VP for privacy and they face the length of the office, not a window. No one has reserved parking and all eat in the same cafeteria.

That sounds like a fascinating company culture! It's refreshing to hear about an environment where everyone, regardless of rank, has a similar workspace and access to shared amenities. It speaks volumes about a culture of equality and camaraderie.

Great talk, but every time the text said "difference", it should be "deference". The meaning makes a lot of difference, though. lol

Ah, I see the typo! Thank you for catching that. Indeed, the difference between "difference" and "deference" can alter the meaning significantly. Your attention to detail is appreciated.

Oh no. I do mind... I've often seen how they take the perks & put themselves first. I've come to see them as ordinary ppl until they show they are actually the leaders who takes care of their team.

Yeah, that can be frustrating. It's great when leaders prioritize their team's well-being

If you're going to flash the caption in front of the speaker's face, make sure you get all the words! Otherwise, it's just distracting and detracts from the quality of the content.

      Thank you
I've condensed that powerful section into a short, and you can expect to see it in the next video

    ‘Deference’, not ‘difference’.
I am kinda fascinated by this leadership monkey business which is summed-up by something like ‘scratch my arse so I will scratch yours’.
    Good luck.

Thank you for the correction, and for sharing your perspective on leadership dynamics. It's an interesting analogy, and it's true that reciprocal relationships often play a role in leadership interactions. Wishing you the best as well!

The captions are annoying and useless. It's impossible to read.
