I hear you it's tough enough building a nice settlement with mods and to try to build it without one I like watching these videos so cuz they give me a lot of tips and ideas and it's pretty impressive!!
I think there should be a special dialogue option where you can persuade him to go to Diamond City Home Plate as the only Unique and another cool feature would to have Piper, Cait or Curie as you new wife but just exclusive to these Characters
Very well done, I actually prefer home plate as a player home rather than the settlements... always people walking everywhere and getting in the way, home plate is a great place to live, not to mention it has its own fast travel marker and a market to buy and sell just outside. Again, outstanding job.
Awesome home plate best I’ve seen without mods. Which makes it even more impressive because imagine how hard it was to place them in the right spot so it lets you build. Amazing.
Now this is what I'm talking about! Those tool shelves look superb with all them goodies strewn about! But then all of the rooms have that amount of detail. And even though your kitchen is composed of shelves that have been glitched together somehow, it all looks totally realistic for living in, and realistic to build on the console :)
This has to be the best looking build I've seen in fallout. I absolutely loved the forge on Halo 3 and was so excited for fallout 4 with the building, only to be so heavily disappointed by the only area that seemed both promising and not insanely overwhelming in size. I've seen dozens of builds from multiple sources, and this looks better than every blatantly modded build I have ever seen. I'm doing my best to adapt most of the major and coolest details into my newest playthrough. It was difficult to get some of the cross lighting with the hidden cycling light bulbs but it looks fantastic so far. Excellent work, my man. Fucking phenomenal 👏👏👏
My last playthrough was a survival run. For all the goings on in the downtown area I made Hangman's Alley my base of operations, and since I was in the area a lot I would regularly do "dump runs" into Home Plate, meaning selling all my water and loot to the DC merchants for building supplies and then dumping all my scrap and supplies into the Home Plate workshop. Do that enough times and you've eventually got more than enough materials to do a nice build there.
Lovely build mate it's hard to believe this is possible without mods, this gives me hope. On another point it's a real pity we can't send Shaun or one of our companions... Anyways thanks for the upload
whoa! looks cool. Im building one based around yours, i especially like the liquor case and entrance to the chill and bar area. How do i get the power to go through the wall like you do as the light boxes seem to block off the access
Cheers mate, appreciate the feedback! I'm a little unsure what you mean, but il help as much as I can, the first thing I done was scrap everything then power the full home plate up before adding details, so I connected all the power around the house, then added everything, if you tell me more specifically what you mean ill get back to you as soon as possible!
Really like the orange glow of firebased lights. Awesome job but, how you deal qhit the clipping issues of the furniture? i see many tables fused together and i dont know how do that ingame.
If you place any settlement item that cant snap on a rug and select the rug it will only have the hitbox of the rug, so you can clip whatever is sitting on the rug anywhere you want.
How were you able to get the bar counters placed like that in the kitchen? I keep trying but it wont let me place them that way and they seem longer as in pretty much blocking the door.
Im making an exact replica right now, but i'm not sure how to put the cabnits in the wall like you did in the kitchen. I tried rug glitch but its just not right. Advice please?
Thank you! I'm not sure with the cycling lights but this has happened to me with other lights, quite a lot of people have the same problem so I imagine Bethesda will sort it out soon in a patch.
Howd you get those neon signs? Like the one in the bedroom that says “relax”? And the wall near the bar that has a bunch of different colored squares???
Get different picket fence magazines to build different stuff, neon and light squares are cool af, he just put the neon lettering over paintings and a big sign
and my lights are not even close to your light in term of quality...yours look more...orange and colored and good,my light is all the same and not really a big range of beam :(
The only mods I can think of when I watch the vid is Interiors Enhanced, and color correction, things like that. He obivously used the carpet trick to clip items into each other. I reproduced the biggest of this build in my game without any items and building mods and it's 100% doable, a lot of items do stay on the furniture you place them on too.
No mods, yet how can you clip furnitures? I saw a stove connected to a drawer, plus I tried to put the Nuka Cola Machine the same way you did at 3:32 and it won't let me put it. I need answers....
I use the rug glitch mate, there's two different kinds, there's a few videos on CZcams for a tutorial on them, would be too difficult to explain on this, it's easy once you get the hang of it then you can try create all different things.
I just use the rug glitch for awkward stuff like that and clipping things together, I've used no mods, I'm on the PS4 which at the moment doesn't have any.
Wait you had to have had at least a couple mods bc the game doesn’t let you overlap couches like that or place wall hangings that closely together. There’s no way lol.
It’s a rug glitch, if you place a rug on the floor and put a piece of furniture on it, you can manipulate it like that (overlapping other stuff) I jus tried it and it works
its impresive when somebody builds a nice settlement with mods but its even more impresive when somebody builds a nice settlement without mods
He said no mods
Yeah if you actually read it you can see hes giving him a compliment by saying its hard to make a good build without mods
more like setlement on mods lolz
Jonathan Lam I dont have access to mods
I hear you it's tough enough building a nice settlement with mods and to try to build it without one I like watching these videos so cuz they give me a lot of tips and ideas and it's pretty impressive!!
This is the legitimately the best Fallout 4 build I've ever seen. I tip my hat to you, good sir.
Thanks mate! I've updated it a bit, I'll upload it as soon as I'm finished!
+cannybearsed it's amazing!
+cannybearsed sweet place dude
Cheers bud
glad to see i wasn't the only one who made a bedroom for Shaun thinking that some day the kid would move in lol
I think there should be a special dialogue option where you can persuade him to go to Diamond City Home Plate as the only Unique and another cool feature would to have Piper, Cait or Curie as you new wife but just exclusive to these Characters

those handcuffs on the nightstand ( ͡◉ ͜ʖ ͡◉)
;")
Lmao
This is really, really nice. If nothing else, Fallout 4 has taught me that I am a terrible interior designer.
Looks so comfy, this is THE best Home Plate Build i have seen
The rug glitches are strong with this one
Awesome home plate best I’ve seen without mods. Which makes it even more impressive because imagine how hard it was to place them in the right spot so it lets you build. Amazing.
This is still without a doubt my favorite, no mods Homeplate player home. I love your creativity! Thank you again for this video...
I find it funny how people can see above through the cracks of the bathroom floor while you're taking a dump. Great build!
Without mods you made a work of art. I'm impressed. ^^
That is actually bonkers. Good work! You must have an unbelievable amount of patience
This is amazing! Great work 💯
Looks nice I didn't really remember home plate looking that big inside but it looks great good job
Impressive especially with no mods, I really like the lighting, good job
Definitely used this vid as inspiration for my own build. Great stuff.
This is so amazing holy shit, so creative and so impressive!
this is actually very well made.
This is a Freaking Amazing man.. Better than many houses made with mods. You are to be Congratulated!, serious.
Cheers for the feedback! When I'm less busy I'll try post my updated version soon.
Better than the Norman's quarters?
Now this is what I'm talking about! Those tool shelves look superb with all them goodies strewn about! But then all of the rooms have that amount of detail. And even though your kitchen is composed of shelves that have been glitched together somehow, it all looks totally realistic for living in, and realistic to build on the console :)
This is badass dude.I'm building walls with shelves and stairs with file cabinets, got an idea for my kitchen. Two thumbs up!!
woah this is lovely!!!!! you did a great job!
Incredible work
this looks amazing. you must have a crazy amount of patience to place that much clutter by hand with no mods lol
This has to be the best looking build I've seen in fallout. That home plate is so damn creative, nice work! I would make a base there but in survival it's very difficult without fast travel or supply lines
Man I don't know who you are, but your building skills are impeccable.
Oh wow, this looks awesome. Makes me want to redo my home plate.
This is amazing it's better than some people who actually use mods
Awesome, good job!!!
when you fool everybody saying u didn't have mods 😂
>Power station
Where are the mods at, I can't find any evidence of mods
He just took off the hud... everything here is vanilla assets, unless he used a mod like oc decorator it looks all legit
I don’t think ocdecorator is available for PS4.
@@TinyAngryOne or DLC
Lovely build mate it's hard to believe this is possible without mods, this gives me hope. On another point it's a real pity we can't send Shaun or one of our companions... Anyways thanks for the upload
It looks Awesome
Ok that was dope!
this is amazing mate o_O
Je suis impressionné, surtout qu'il faut beaucoup de patience pour placer tous les petits objets partout... C'est juste décoratif mais c'est beau.
I wish there was something like faceripper for rooms so everybody could just share rooms easier without having to create an extensive decoration mod.
excellent job
Awesome!
Amazing detail, love your work area
Its like the red light district ova there but very nice build men!
amazing
Okay....Now I have to tear down my pathetic excuse for Home Plate! But seriously, you did a great job!
0:47 love the handcuffs 💀😂
SO cool
very well done I just have my power armor displayed
Nice
whoa! looks cool. Im building one based around yours, i especially like the liquor case and entrance to the chill and bar area. How do i get the power to go through the wall like you do as the light boxes seem to block off the access

best home plate
This is hands down the coolest fallout build I’ve seen. My god I was so proud of my own vanilla build but now... Jesus Christ I’m jealous.
Love this - well done! :o)
Ur talented
Really like the orange glow of firebased lights. Awesome job but, how you deal qhit the clipping issues of the furniture? i see many tables fused together and i dont know how do that ingame.

Where did you get the light up walls like the one in Shaun’s room
WOW!!!
How do you clip things into other things ? Couches for example.
what do you mean?
Take a rug and place it on it, the move the rug and the couch with move with. Tadah! Clipping
obviously or he used a mod
He has the far harbor dle that's how he has the clear radiation thing
Hey, how to put things porperly on a shelf?? I thought it just can transfer like bobbleheadstand but its not .-.
You know the good thing about this is that there are no settlers so nothing will be knocked over
Im making an exact replica right now, but i'm not sure how to put the cabnits in the wall like you did in the kitchen. I tried rug glitch but its just not right. Advice please?
Very nice mate, do your cycling lights bug out? As in when you head out and comeback they kind of go dim and dont emit any light but are still on.
I can't find the Cnadles that you use on the walls! The Fancy Wall Light is the same but has light bulbs instead of candles :/
and my lights are not even close to your light in term of quality...yours look more...orange and colored and good,my light is all the same and not really a big range of beam :(
The neon has light but it's not glowing. Anyone know why?
How did you get that chandelier above your bed?
The only dlc I have is automatron. I wish this is what mine looked like
How did you get that king size bed without mod?
Answer please
ME AS I SEE THIS:
Doubt
Please do an updated version
Just because he says that he uses no mods doesn't mean he did not use mods
I mean used no mods
Noah Stanley ikr

wielblond12 I dont have access to mods

Diran Gaeeshia He probably used the Rug glitch for those, using it you can clip/glitch items into other items without it turning red.
That explains it! Damn, I'll try that. Many thanks!
how did you stick the cabinets inside each other in the kitchen?? i want to do it but i cant it turns to red
I use the rug glitch mate, there's two different kinds, there's a few videos on CZcams for a tutorial on them, would be too difficult to explain on this, it's easy once you get the hang of it then you can try create all different things.
Not gonna lie I'm gonna try and copy this 😊
Here in diamond city?..... but that's impossible right?
HOW DO I BUILD ON THISE SIDE WITH NO GROUND ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY
Where can I find the flower pot
how do i make it, i dont see some of these objects in building mode
How do you get the neon letters without mods? I just started building at my home plate last night so I may not have looked hard enough ha
Amanda M I think it's from one of the DLC, I'm not sure what one, though. I think it's probably wasteland workshop, have you got any of the dlc?
cannybearsed or contraption idk
Amanda M did you ever find out?
Anna Cochrane yeah they're mods
Amanda M No they're not. As he already said they're from wasteland workshop.
What the freak?! this is awesome! But HOW???
Can you make a tutorial for this
Beautiful. How did you make double beds? O.O
Rug glitch!
OMG very nice!
Ok uum how do you place stuff on benches and all
Wish you made a tutorial
the ammount of detail and effort you put in the house makes me uncomfortable
No Mods Huh 🤠👍
This is really awesome I like it but you had two of used a mod
how did you fit the counter in between the two columns??? it won't fit!
I just use the rug glitch for awkward stuff like that and clipping things together, I've used no mods, I'm on the PS4 which at the moment doesn't have any.
did he use dlc?
What did you use for power? fusion?
Nah, the house has its own power source! You can get quite a lot of lights in it before some of them stop working.
How do you get those neon signs? I Have no dlc :(
That's why
how the hell do you have such a good eye for light palcement?
You have dlcs like wasteland shop
i need to get on your level
Hand cuffs next to the bed?? 🤨🤨🤨🤨
I'm a bit embarrassed to ask, but why is there handcuffs beside your bed?!
What all DLC is this using?
Wait you had to have had at least a couple mods bc the game doesn’t let you overlap couches like that or place wall hangings that closely together. There’s no way lol.
