Totally gotta agree with this, it’s hard to get into why without spoiling stuff but the game is structured in such a way that being spoiled on certain things can completely ruin how the game was meant to be played.
Definitely go in as blind as possible.

@@black_foresst literally whatever you want, your ship has a log that has a web of things that say what you've done so far and where it could lead to, try that.
@@black_foresst explore, basically. as you explore, your ship computer will automatically tag things of note and connect them together in rumour mode, and also lets you know if you haven't fully explored something. after the computer log fills out a bit, you'll probably start to get a good idea of where you should be investigating, and the kind of things you should be experimenting with.

Jerma managed to get on the quantum moon without doing any of the quantum trials, but still thought the sun station was exploding the sun after he just read that it didn't work
He goes into so much detail about eating marshmallow skeletons and sucking the juices from it. Not even 5 minutes into the game and the psychopath already comes out.
I can't wait for the next event stream where he actually flies into the sun 56 times

This warmed my lil ol' heart. This is my favourite game ever and seeing Jerma go from confusion, to intrigue, to excitement and just looking around asking questions was like watching a dog exploring a place they haven't been before.
I was always disappointed by the other edits of this stream, glad to see someone do it properly and not skip stuff. So many other editors/fan editors of Jerma's VOD's skipped so much of the game.
I love the moment he has at 15:35, it's the same thing as seeing the Sun in the sky on earth but because the scales are so different and because he's in a videogame it just breaks his head to try and figure out. I wonder if he couldn't see the stars moving if it would've been better for him
I remember having a similar moment the first time I played Rodina and standing on a tiny asteroid. It was also my first 3d fly-around-space game so that's the main reason
i hope the upcoming channel points redesign means we can force him to try his best to wink again even though he’s physically incapable of doing so

I'm thankful for the dozens of streams and videos. I'm not a fan of playing time loop games, but watching others play them is really entertaining.

My favourite part of this is how many times he dies conveniently looking away or unable to see the supernova.
Odd that he claims to know nothing about the game as he begins, yet his "Stream in orbit soon" animation is SPOT ON for the game.
I cannot believe this man went through every single planet/point of interest without a clue as to what was happening, and then, just like that, solved the first puzzle of the quantum moon

Cheltie is wicked reliable for uploading so soon after the stream, and dazza is great at quick witty edits, but you do such a good job of capturing Jerma *and* the game he's playing. I swear I've watched your Lifeline edit like 20 times, and these were my favorite jerma streams. Can't wait to watch these just as often!

I've noticed from watching a lot of streamers play this that the more confident they sound as they land the first time is in direct portortion to how likely they are to crash land. Jerma was freaking out but he made a very smooth first landing.

I don’t think anyone told him I think he just figured it out on his own. Jerma is weird in that sometimes he has trouble doing the easiest things but will accidentally solve something much more complex. Although tbf the quantum imaging thing isn’t too hard to figure out, and it’s totally plausible that he deduced it on his own.

this is the only long edit I didn't enjoy, a lot of cuts leave out great context, this should have been like 4 hours long. No hate i just love this game.
For this edit, I consulted with a friend who's a huge fan of Outer Wilds regarding what game-related stuff I needed to keep and what I could cut, so I dunno what to tell you.
