- It’s Sunday, it’s warm, it’s getting the grill lit season. Serve it with a couple pickles, loads of crispy lettuce, fresh herbs, a couple beers or cold soju and you’re laughing.
This marinate will work for chicken or pork too - whatever you’ve got knocking about. Marniate it for as long as possible, cook it and let the sugars catch and start to caramelise, and I promise. You’ll make this over and over. Big up the K dons. - Zábava

I totally agree about cucumbers! I peel mine AND take out the wet cucumber guts and seeds. Even on dill pickles, I do the same thing, and cut out the seeds, mushy part. Ick.
