Motorhome Trip To Blackpool Illuminations
Blackpool Illuminations here we come! We take the Motorhome to Blackpool, Lancashire to visit the illuminations and walk on the promenade. Blackpool is a huge coastal town in the North West. As well as a promenade that goes on forever, there is a sandy beach, amusements, arcades, rides, food, food and more food, Sealife and the Pleasure Beach.
We visited in December when the town was quieter but there was a cHristmas Market in full swing.
The illuminations run from September to the end of December and are a huge display of lights that you can drive or walk through.
We went in the Motorhome and parked at Gynn Square car park. It was £12.50 for 24 hours, you must park in a coach bay, and you can sleep overnight in the Motorhome. Several car parks allow this and this is the link to those car parks and what is allowed.

Every & I mean EVERY chippy is award winning. Cracks me up. I reckon there’s some auld bloke just going round the Uk with certificates and handing them out for free fish suppers. 😂😂

Hi eastemhall is getting a bit old now. Pamela's mum and dad had a static caravan there about 30 + years ago, but we have been in the last 5 years since we got the first caravan. But now we go to Donkey Creek in Freckleton about 3 miles outside Lytham and you can jump a bus,site is very nice and clean pitchs arevery level and all superpitch and about 5 years old there's a pub 5 minutes away excellent The ship and if Jules likes jets, if you go in the week you stand a chance of seeing the test pilots testing the new euro jet runway is just across the way had will shake your motorhome also take away pizza van Friday night at the village club car park, 😂😂

I really enjoyed your blog , Blackpool is great . Just be careful with your drone. Your about 5 miles from Blackpool airport. Your probably ok at Gynn Square.

Haven't been to Blackpool for years, but I do remember the lights being a lot better than now, I didn't see any trams in the video and are the illuminated trams still running.
Thank you for watching..I thought the lights were better about 10 years ago. The trams do still run but I think this time of year its just the weekend as its too quiet. 😊
