French manufacturer Pilote offer their Pilote G740 Island bed integrated Motorhome. This 7.49 metre long A Class has French flair and is well priced at £91,000. Based on the Fiat Ducato, it comes with 140bhp and an automatic gearbox. Other features are a good sized garage, a generous fresh and waste water tank system and Truma air blown heating.
The Pilote has a reversing camera, satellite navigation, stereo system and media pack.
There is a solar panel fitted to the model we reviewed and various other Pilote packs with extra equipment.

We have this model, the loo roll holder is in the cupboard under the sink, then comes through the hole at the side, really neat. Great review

I have heard someone else comment about the loo roll lack of holder in the Adria and thinking about it I dont think our Matrix does 🤔 I usually put it on the ledge… 🤷🏼♀️
@@HereWeTow We bought one with the suckers , just a cheap one, but it manages to hold whilst we’re away, the only other thing i have any complaints about is I just wish our table was a folding one. It would be my dream to replace that. Thanks again.

Lovely review. Perhaps the saving on price is that it’s not a double floor, or at least that what appears to be the case.
Thank you for watching, I believe it does have a 13cm double floor on this model, and grade 3 insulation. I think it is quite well priced in the current market, it will be interesting to see what happens this year with prices and sales. Have a good week Peter 😊
Interestingly I've seen motorhomes half the size that have the 180 bhp engine.
I think this would struggle with the 140bhp specifically with the Auto Box.

Thank you for watching, it does have blinds all round, but I can’t recall if they are Remis. I have tried to find this information on the Pilote website for you but it doesn’t seem to be mentioned.

I just wonder if you have 4 people and the sliding door is closed how easy it was to open the toilet door as it looked as though you would need to step into the bedroom area.
Thank you for watching and good question, I am just thinking back to it, if the person was larger it might be tight, maybe have to step in to the shower and open it. Thats a good point you have raised, I have never really tried that, I will give it a go in my own motorhome with a similar layout. 😊👍
We have this model and, although we’re not large people, it’s never been a problem. There’s plenty of room to open and close the sliding door from either side and we’ve never struggled to open the toilet door with the slide open or closed. One other thing that’s not been mentioned is the storage space under the raising bed. Good review though.

@@rabfraser1234 no built in satnav on ours but I think that the later models do have.
Where are the other travelling seats?
Thank you for watching, depending on the motorhome they are usually hidden under the sofa seats and you have to pull them out. Some are already forward facing and you just need to pull the seat belt out.

The rear ends of the bench seating convert into two forward facing belted seats. No ISOFIX though if that's important to you.
